Restaurant in the middle of nowhere serving 1-2 vegan dishes - Edit
Although I‘ve had better vegan food, I was more than happy to find a place serving homemade vegan dishes in the middle of nowhere. That alone deserves 4 stars, as it’s quite rare to find vegan options - along with oat milk for coffee- in the German countryside. The restaurant itself is about 1 km away from the parking area, so be prepared for a ten-minute walk.

Überraschend guter Zwischenstopp im Harz - Edit
Wir sind auf einer Radtour hier eingekehrt - meine Erwartungen waren bei einem Gasthof mitten im Nirgendwo im Harz nicht hoch, dass die vegane Auswahl toll wäre. Umso überraschter war ich, dass es neben Pflanzendrink zum Kaffee auch noch standardmäßig vegane Knödel auf der Karte gab und auch die Tagessuppe (Möhre/Ingwer) war vegan und SEHR lecker. Kuchen habe ich nicht probiert, aber ich meine es gab auch dort eine vegane Option
