Lovely hosts - Edit
We came here twice while staying at a convention hotel nearby. The food was very good, with plenty of tofu options marked as vegan. On my first visit, I had the lemongrass tofu noodle bowl; on the second, I had the spicy vegan pho. I enjoyed both, but my favorite was the pho. (It comes in three sizes; the medium was more than enough.) For dessert, the steamed taro buns were a treat, and a cool purple color. My favorite thing about this restaurant was the customer service, which was warm and attentive and suffused with smiles.

The best pho everrrr! - Edit
I used to live near ViVi Pho Arapahoe and I would eat there so often because I could not get enough of their veggie pho! The broth is delicious! Makes my mouth water everytime I think of it! Veggies were perfectly cooked and noodles were great! I love this place and I hope people give it a chance! They also have other great veggie options like noodle bowls and veggie spring rolls!
