The go-to spot! - Edit
Spent so long chatting to Carla (owner) that we never took a photo of anything! Visited this spot three times in three days and tried something different every time. So cheap for what you get, the company and the conversation from Carla is truly wonderful and you feel right at home! Can be busy first thing in the morning, would recommend after 10:00am if you're going for breakfast. A lot of variety!

Carla who owns and runs Viva La Vegan is honestly such a gem! We visited 3 times during our short time in Puerto Vallarta and it was fab every time. Different options each time we visited too, and we basically tried everything on the menu. Carla cooks everything fresh while you chat.

The owner is very friendly and the food is very good. They also sale kombucha which is very tasty as well. The place is small so it can get crowded and waiting times can be long. All the food was very good we always bought food to take away.

Cute, with a small but tasty menu - Edit
This little hole in the wall is so cute. It’s run by just the owner, Carla, by herself and she is HUSTLING. The menu is small: you kind of get what is on offer that day. So for example the special was a pasta with lentil ragout, there was one option for tacos or tostadas (chickpea chorizo), or you had a few other options. There was also an ages Fresca of the day. But everything we tried on the small menu was great, and it was fun to just have whatever Carla was cooking today! There’s a bit of a wait around lunch when there are a lot of orders called in advance, but it’s worth it for a good, fresh meal clearly made by someone who loves what she is doing.

Probably the best tostadas I have had! So good and so fresh. The owner is a doll, so welcoming. Drinks were also amazing. Highly recommended!

Hidden Gem! - Edit
Such a sweet wonderful Cafe & market. Carla makes everything homemade! We tried the Hamburger, tostadas, big salad and her fresh juices. So good! Carla is the owner and the cook. Small place but she hits it big!
