There was a pro-Palestine march that partially went through the restaurant property. Some of the protesters were harassing people who were sitting at their tables, including me and my husband. There was no point when staff asked them to stop, they did not stop them when they walked past the separation from the main path into the restaurant, not when they harassed people, not when they distributed propaganda materials, and they also did nothing during our arguing, yelling and distress from the harassment. When the rally was approaching our direction, one of the waitresses even smiled towards them.
Now it's okay to encourage harm for me and my family, but it can be you tomorrow, and as long as there's a hashtag for it, you know where you'll be allowed to be harassed.
