Second location. Typical Peruvian vegetarian food served in a large dining room. Most of the items are actually vegan, but occasionally they will use dairy products or egg. Open Mon-Sat 7:00am-10:00pm. Closed Sun. and holidays.

Good food

Das Essen an sich ist gut und es gibt ein paar vegane Optionen, wobei man dafür allerdings à la carte bestellen sollte, weil das Menü nicht unbedingt vegan ist. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant war allerdings ziemlich hektisch, da gibt es in Lima definitiv angenehmere, wenn man in Ruhe essen möchte. In dieser Gegend gibt es allerdings nicht viele Alternativen und wie gesagt, das Essen ist gut und auch preiswert.

Pros: Niedrige Preise, Sehr kurze Wartezeiten

Cons: Wenige vegane Gerichte, insbesondere im Menü, Hektische und stressige Atmosphäre

Hearty meal in locals' Lima

A mix of food but certainly veggie dishes which are also vegan. I had spaghetti with fried tofu which was tasty and very filling. Also, a good selection of juices in super large glasses. Agree that there are very few options in this part of Lima.

Almost non existing vegan options

The only vegan option for breakfast was a traditional quinoa and apple drink, which was very good and not too sweet. Even if the vegan selection is underwhelming, I suggest keeping this entry on Happy Cow because there really is very little vegan food around Plaza De Armas, atm.
