Mediocre at best - Edit
I'm a fan of Vietnamese food and I've been to this place a few times. The pho with tofu was a bit bland, the sot lac with tofu and rice was kind of mediocre and the sot me with tofu and rice noodles was not in my flavors. I also find the seating super uncomfortable, and combined with the not so tasty food, I think I'm gonna skip it.
