Its a bit of a hike up the hill, but its worth it! The place has lots of character and the staff are very obliging. Good Wifi too!

We had the Choclo Soupe as starter and the Quinoto and the Aji with mushrooms. We liked all of them, but the Aji was the most tasty.

The ambience was nice. There is a dining room on the first floor but the reception and payment is on the ground floor, where you enter.

A must-go restaurant for any vegan stopping by in Cusco. Delicious food, vast array of teas and lemonades. Perfect example of how vegan cuisine can be creative and traditional at the same time! In this place you can taste traditional Peruvian food in vegan form. Extremely generous portions. Staff also incredibly friendly, even with respect to the usual friendliness of Peruvian people, they will take care of you in any aspect, adjusting the food to your taste and, very important, to the altitude sickness that you might feel in Cusco. I got out from there with the stomach full and fulfilled and with a big smile, I rarely had such a good overall experience at a restaurant! Price also very good.

This was a very very delicious experience. We loved everything about the food, it was beautiful and scrumptious. Because of the pandemic Vida Bistro moved to a very small restaurant with just a few tables, but they are looking for a new location. Check Google before you go, they are keeping everything up to date there.

Hole in the wall with delicious food - Edit
Vida vegan bistro is quite literally a hole in the wall with only 6 seats in the middle, the kitchen in the front, and a bathroom in the back. I went in with my family so we had 5 people total but this restaurant was a great place to hang out for a bit with some provided games on the table. We ordered a lot of food (I wish I had more pictures) but everything was absolutely delicious. We ordered a pisco punch, a maraquya sour, the 3 flavor causa (pictured) with the saltado sandwich, saltado plate, and mushroom ceviche. The saltado had amazingly textured savory seitan, and the mushroom ceviche came with fresh oyster mushrooms that tasted out of this world. The Leche de Tigre that was in the ceviche was incredible and tasted so authentic. The man that ran the restaurant was so friendly and welcoming answering our questions and not getting overwhelmed by our orders. You can definitely feel the love that is put into this food.

Cute little bistro that has recently re opened since Covid. It’s a small place, but the food is delicious. Highly recommend the pizza. The owner was also super friendly and passionate about veganism.

This is a beautifully quaint little bistro just a stones throw away from Plaza De Armas. We tried both a pizza and burger and I truly enjoyed them both. The owner was a pleasure to chat with. This restaurant recently opened so get there quick and help support this vegan entrepreneur.

Good portion size and very delicious, well worth the money. We got the chance to sample some free kombucha . I recommend the blueberry one, it was so good. It has inspired me to possibly start making my own homemade kombucha.

The garlic bread was AWESOME.
Los fideos en salsa a la huancaina estuvieron di-vi-nos (it's a Peruvian dish but it tastes sooo close like the no-vegan one 😮).
The pizza was great as well.
