This is def my fav place in Belgrade. They have great food and a great vibe alltogether. Also every Wednesday is ramen day, that's my fav day to visit.

The sandwich and burgers were perfectly prepared, with a good amount of fixings and oozing mayo and sauces too. I enjoyed the coffee which is also one of the most affordable in Belgrade (compared to non-vegan coffee shops that charge a 50-110 surcharge for plant milk!)

Charming place for lunch - Edit
Very nice staff and the food was quite good, too. It was pleasant to enjoy the weather and sit outside in front of the restaurant. The house made seitan was exceptional. The only thing to be aware of was that it took about 30 minutes for our food. In spite of that, I would come again.

Amazing breakfast toasts (either hummus and avocado or scrambled tofu or however you want) and on Wednesdays the have Ramen!😋 Also the interior ir very cute with lots of dogs🥺😍 and the staff was even better! We came back several times:)

Had breakfast here. Sat outside and enjoyed a scrambled tofu and a tofu sandwich. Was a nice experience, not to hot or to loud even though it’s close to the main road, and the service was really good too. The food was fresh but could have had a little more taste to it. The coffee and fresh juices were excellent. Will be back to try out more of the menu.

For anyone that doesn't speak the local language, name of the restaurant is very clever. VeZa means connection or relationship, but is also an acronym for VEganska ZAjednica, Vegan community.

What I like most about VeZa is that they engage in political activism and embrace ethical veganism. The food is incredibly delicious and the design of the place is extremely beautiful. It has become my favorite vegan place in Belgrade.

The price is right, not really cheap, but definitely not expensive either. Everything we tried was great. They serve coffee with homemade milk. Pay attention to pictures on the wall - there's nice vegan messaging.

Cute place with an amazing owner, she took the time to explain the menu in English. Everything was delicious, the hibiscus drink and the bread from the scramble tofu were divine, the 3 Snicker bites were very good too (even if the chocolate was a bit too dark for me). No credit card but accepts euros and gives you back the change in the local currency which was very convenient thanks. Definitely recommended.

I didn't like the coffee honestly; it had a funky sour taste and they didn't have oat or soya milk so I went with cashew (not creamy/thick enough - kind of watery). Their milks are all homemade. Not sure why a hot latte came in a tall slim glass with a straw either.
Read moreWas going to order a muffin but asked if it was gluten free out of curiosity (since it didn't say on the menu) and they said it was indeed gluten free, so I decided not to get it (gluten free cakes/muffins etc are never as good and I'm usually disappointed). They really should mention on the menu if it's GF.
