Ve Is For VeStation - Edit
Organic Thai eatery with fusion and flavorful solutions for your palette that won't disappoint you.
Read moreI've been a fan of VeStation for many years but only recently revisited with a friend, and we went all out with savory sensational eats. From the highly recommended Massaman Curry with Soy Chicken to their Quinoa Sticks and Brown Rice.
You can enjoy curries, grain/rice dishes, noodles, salads, sides, soups, and even some great a la carte plates.
Lots of gluten-free and nut free options are available with a wide range of spice levels.
Clean restrooms. Shared parking lot, that can be a bit tricky (street parking nearby as well).
Loads of beverage/refreshment options, from teas to lemonades, juice to water and soda, plus more.

Love this Thai place - Edit
We got take out from here during a SoCal road trip. Absolutely loved the food. Wish there were more vegan Thai restaurants out there. I’d eat here every week if I lived closer!

The BEST place for lunch in Sherman Oaks - Edit
My favorite vegan place in the entire valley.
Read moreI have gone to Vestation 3 times in the last 3 weeks. Their food is consistent. Good service. Good portion size. The Best salads in Sherman Oaks(not so thai) and good thai food too.
Only negative is the salad dressing is oily. Need a oil free dressing. Green Curry is one of my two in Los Angeles.

Lovely food, great staff - Edit
We had a take-out order, the service was great. Very polite staff.
Read moreWe ordered Pineapple fried rice with tofu and Pad Thai with vegan-chicken. Food was yummy and the quantity was so filling. The pineapple fried rice was made with black rice, an even healthier option that I didn’t ask for but was so very pleased :). The prices were quite very reasonable to the quality and quantity of food that was served for. This has become our new favorite place now.😄

Must haVE Thai food! - Edit
We decided to stop in for some Thai food after being stuck in traffic forever.
Read moreFrom the second we walked in the door, the service was great. Our server was extremely friendly and gave us great recommendations since we had not been here before.
We started with the Buddha Wraps and were very impressed! The vegetables were fresh and crispy.
Our entrees were also super flavorful. The portions were so big and filling, and the prices were reasonable. We both left feeling like we were going to explode (in a good way), we were so full!
The only thing disappointing was the fact that your side of either quinoa or rice was not included, which we were led to believe. It is an extra $3.50 if you would like a side of either rice or quinoa. Had I known that, I probably would not have ordered brown rice.

OMFG the food is good here! - Edit
So we got some takeout to eat at some friends' house and we ordered the Roti Curry Dip, Superfood Salad, Royal Pad Thai w/Soy Chicken, and Green Lover w/Soy Pepper Steak.
Read moreThe curry dip for the roti was OUT OF THIS WORLD delicious! Only one piece of roti was included and cut into several pieces, but they could have included two additional pieces of full roti since they give so much dip. The roti was a bit greasy, but order just for the dip!
The superfood salad was packed with all kinds of stuff. It's a great salad with a variety of different ingredients which all have their own tastes and textures. The dressing was tasty, but not so strong that it overpowered the natural taste of the salad ingredients. Another winner.
The pad thai was good. The noodles were nice and springy and the bean sprouts and peanuts were fresh, also. I didn't get a lot of the soy chicken but I haven't finished the leftovers yet, so there might be more hiding in there. There wasn't a strong flavor of peanut sauce, so I'll have to investigate it a little further. I generally don't order pad Thai as there are usually more interesting things on the menu to try, like...
The green lover was a surprise. First impression is that it's really soupy like a curry. It's not listed as a curry, so that was a little odd. Upon tasting it... FANTASTIC! This rivals the curry dip. Actually it's probably better than the curry dip as it's a full entree. The veggies were plentiful and flavorful with that sauce. OMG, that sauce! Lots of pepper steak pieces to be found, too. I would definitely order this one again. And again. And again...
This was a great find for us as it's all vegan and close to our friends' place. Will definitely be back when in the area. Highly recommended.
I'm not sure how dining in the restaurant might differ. No photos here since were did takeout.
Pros: All vegan, Large menu selection, Food is DELICIOUS!!!
Cons: Might seem a bit pricey, Parking could be tricky as the lot was packed

My Longtime Favorite! - Edit
VE Station has amazingly delicious vegan food! I have been eating here for at least 10 years and take anyone I can to try their food because it is so good. My non-vegan friends are always happily surprised at how good the food is. The yellow curry dish, their pad Thai, the drunken noodles, their sautéed brussels sprouts and the soy satay are all excellent! Staff are always really nice.

Best Vegan Thai Food - Edit
I’ve been coming here for many years now, and I can easily say this is my favorite, vegan Thai food restaurant. Some of their best items are their pineapple, fried rice, the coconut soup, and Thai tea obviously :p

MOUNTAINS of Delicious Food, Sat Fam of 12! Server Stuart is the BEST. Recommend the Buddha Wraps! - Edit
Only 2 of us in this gathering are vegans, so when we get together we try to find a vegan place to eat. None of us had been here before. I was worried because there were 11 of us & most vegan places are tiny. I called VeStation and spoke to Stuart (with a U, not an EW) who assured me that he could fit us and he would take care of everything. And he did!
Read moreEvery bite was delicious. We all tried each other's food and loved it. The "Buddha Wraps" spring rolls were a great new surprise for us all, and the sauce was AMAZEBALLS! I can't say enough good things about this place & the people who work there. What a pleasure.
You don't have to be vegan to love this little gem of a restaurant. Most of our family are omnivores with a few vegetarians. Check out the menu and try something new or something you already enjoy. I'm crazy about Pad Thai, so my husband ordered that and I had a few bites. YUM!! Lots of proteins & great flavors. My son informed me that their prices are better than most vegan restaurants he's been to in the SF Valley.
Thanks again to Stuart (who I'd like to make famous), and to the talented creators of our meals, and to the entire staff there. We had a wonderful time and are still talking about it. Also, my leftover steamed veggies went into a delicious vegan soup the next day!
I can't recommend VeStation enough. We will definitely be back, although not all at once like that, not until the next holiday gathering rolls around. :)

Pros: All. The. Foods., Accommodating & Relaxing atmosphere, Stuart
Cons: Took a lot of work to find parking in the plaza, Traffic on the 405 & 101 freeways always sucks, Hoping they'll get license to serve alcohol soon!

We've eaten at this place in person and have ordered delivery from them; the food is always delicious and perfectly spicy! Plenty of gluten-free options and so many good dishes to choose from. Some of their curries include lotus seeds, which are a fun addition. Definitely recommend pad thai, curries, pineapple fried rice, drunken noodles, and spicy eggplant!
