Innovative and delicious recipes - Edit
The food was absolutely delicious and the dishes were special and innovative (not vegan-made existing recipes). The restaurant also has a large assortment in desserts that all looked appealing so it was not easy to make a choice.

I know I'm in minority but well... - Edit
I've never been a fan of Vege Miasto, although it has a very good reputation. The dishes themselves are a little bit overpriced but nothing more than fine, just bland (frankly, the only dish I really do like in Vege Miasto is Russian style pierogies)... Unfortunately, the same thing with the desserts.

It's not very often that I can't finish my food! It was absolutely amazing! My friend and I ordered the pancakes with vegan cheese and potato dish with cashew. Also had the organic plant coffee. Top quality food which is reasonably priced. Cannot recommend it highly enough😊👍🏻!

amazing food and smoothies!!! - Edit
This was the last place we went to in warsaw before leaving and it was phenomenal. If you liked cheese and bacon potato skins before vegan, give the potato dish a go. Taste just like it but in a vegan version! Can't remember the name but it began with a C and the description says potato with cheese etc. It was amazing!

The cakes!!! - Edit
I couldn't believe the brownie cake was vegan. Their pesto is also amazing. Only minus is that we waited 30 minutes for the food as it was very crowded.

Fantastic and wide-ranging menu including Polish classics such as dumplings, packed into a cozy space - Edit
Visited twice while on holiday in Warsaw and had two fantastic meals. The place was packed on both visits, with a steady stream of people coming in to pick up takeaway orders as well. Across our trips we ate several dumplings plates (lentil, tofu and onions, spinach), buckwheat pancakes with orange salsa, some classic soups, and smoothies. Many other interesting dishes on the menu, often with a twist or flourish. If we had more time we'd have gone back for several more visits!

Solidarity - Edit
I got here at 12 when it opened and already the crowds were piling in. The lunch deal of a soup and a main course for 25 PLN suited me as I was starving. I had tomato soup and a typical kotlet with potato mash and salad. The food isn't that amazing to look at but my word is it tasty. Very very tasty and traditionally Polish.

I have eaten in many wege places in Europe and Vege Miasto is one of the best ones. The food is delicious, portions are very big for those prices, staff is very nice and the only bad thing is that it's difficult to find a place to seat, but you can take the food away :)

Crowded bistro, poorly ventilated but definitely worth to try - Edit
We phoned to make a reservation a day before what was a chalenge and too complicated for the staff to manage, so a start was pretty difficult. Also a young couple with a kid who tried to get our table was outrageous and no intervention was seen from staff either.
Read moreMains which we tried were delicious (baked eggplant, kale & millet wraps, pumpkin risotto and rye penne with homemade pesto) so was lentil soup. We got some desserts (4 choices) to take away so we continued our feast at home. The cakes were not the highlights of the meal so no praise there. The desserts we got looked worn out as well, prepared days ahead?. And mint flavour in 2 of them tasted artificial not from mint leaves unfortunately.
Also our coats smelled of kitchen smells after we got back home so aircondition would be appreciated.

We went there again, still crowded, staff far more attentive, the food was delish! as usual ( we tried lunch set for 25 pln which was bargain) and took cakes for later. All 3 cakes were devine, no artificial flavour in site, all rich, creamy and indulgent. Must try. Will be back when in town :-)
