Awesome place! Felt very authentic and had a great experience! The batter if gluten free as well for those who were wondering! Definitely an awesome and inclusive place for all food preferences. The batter has also very little sugar thus the chocolate toppings or maple syrup toppings din not feel overwhelming. The owner is also super sweet and nice to chat with! Definitely recommending this place to everyone!

It did not open on time, and then the server asked us to come back in a bit when his waffle irons were hot and ready. They were out of fruit as well making topics limited. The waffle itself was delicious but not enough to boost my rating more than fair. Topics were pretty much only maple syrup, chocolate sauce, and whipped cream.

My spontaneous association when choosing our destination was Belgian waffles. For me, they are inseparable from a visit to Brussels. For people who live vegan, however, this is not so easy to do. BUT there really is VEGANWAF. I found them in a shopping arcade very close to the Grand Place. The choice of toppings could be extended, but the taste of the waffles is in no way inferior to that of a "normal" waffle. I'm even convinced that the vegan version would score better in a blind taste test.

The shop is a hidden gem in a little shopping arcade. Staff was very friendly and it was freshly made but still quick. Unfortunately they were out of all ice creams and a few other toppings. Overall totally worth it though!

Vegan waffles in Brussels? Mandatory visit! But then, it turns out that the place is not very welcoming and is take away only. Additionally,all the toppings (chantilly included) turn liquid very fast over the hot waffer, so it is not a pleasure to eat a dripping sticky sauce in the middle of the stree, especially if it rains. The waffer itself is good, but all the rest makes that for me, the place is not worth visiting. I think it has a lot of wasted potential.

Well, its a little shop in a mall with a lot of "cheap trash" stores. Theres no seats. And its quit expensive. But it is the only vegan waffle in bruxelle so everybody have to decide by himself if he wants a waffle or not ☺
