Read moreThe bread was incredibly soft and almost melted in my mouth, the entire pita was well seasoned and I liked that they were a little more creative with the filling as they used onion sprouts instead of plain normal onions.
They were really quick at serving my order and I enjoyed the option to get a student discount for a bundled menu with a drink.
Pros: The bread!, Student discount , Cool packaging

Had the limited edition Berlin Kebab pita to go. Found it excellent, from the freshly made bread to the seitan kebab and vegan feta. That said, the staff might have been a bit more friendly.

Lots of choices between different plant protein sources (seitan, temepeh, jackfruit, planted meat etc) , lovely sauces, everything freshly made in a cozy atmosphere. The seitan pita was just amazing!!

Went here on a busy Saturday lunch time and had the Boss Döner. It arrived swiftly and was a huge portion. The veggies were fresh and flavourful, whilst the plant protein was brilliant in - what seemed to be - a homemade pita!

Ordered the seitan puta and the loaded fries. Best fries i have ever had and the pita bread was so amazing too.. every bite of the seitan pita felt well balanced between sauce, seitan and salad. Very recommended

Veganitas was our favourite place in Zurich. They do a variety of pitas, including roast chicken, beyond burger, tempah, salmon and other options. You can make these into a meal with fries and a drink for a bit more (circa 25 CHF for the meal). Quite a relaxed environment, order at the till, the food is brought over.

The bread is on point!
We tried:
Loaded fries (Amazing, they have a kick!); Veganitas Berlin K'Bab (super filling and well balanced flavors!); The Wood Smoked Salm'N (unique taste, but not too intense).
We will definitely come back for more!

Great in Zurich standards - Edit
Let me be open in here, most of the restaurants in Zurich are massively overpriced to what you get due to lack of competition. However when measured with those standards, Veganitas is actually quite good. Portions are large, selection is good while wish one could select healthier pita and taste and quality of increadients seems fresh. Healthy, well not really but nice comfort food in decent price in Zurich standards.

Veganitas offers a wide variety of different pitas and kebaps with various protein options. The food is very authentic and incredibly delicious. While the prices at the new location in Zurich are a bit high, you do get something truly tasty in return. That's why I still enjoy coming here from time to time.

Found this place for lunch on HC and it was incredible. 100% vegan and so many options. We had the chicken veganita pitta and the Boss doner with fries. Staff was very friendly and it wasn’t too expensive for Zürich!
