I had the seitan noodle bowl and it was just heavenly. So much going on in that bowl and I was loving every mouth ful. A lot of choice in the menu, would love to go back and try more and more. Good for money too!

The food is nothing special at all. I had spring rolls and a curry and everything was just okay. It didn’t taste bad, but not great either. Totally mediocre. There’s a 1000 places that serve food like this in Berlin, somehow this place manages to come across as „hip“ or „special“ but it’s really not. If you don’t have high expectations than go for it but otherwise cannot recommend. Also too expensive for what you get.

The meat tastes like the real stuff - It was a bit scary. :')

Nice atmosphere, really good food and drinks and especially friendly service. They offer a good range of appetizers. I can really recommend the salmon avocado tartare with rice crackers, it was so delicious. Next time we need to try the vegan scallops.

Actually a place to return and to try different dishes. Not too hot. New creations. The vegan salmon don't tastes as salmon but looks fine.

Not impressed. We've ordered 4 starters/soups each, and this was a great idea for a meal. We had to wait for a while before we got the attention of a staff member to order. The dishes were ready quickly, and they were beautifully arranged. But way too salty, so that it wasn't easy to taste different textures and tastes. The only desert we've ordered to share was too sweet... The music was omnipresent, so the place did not feel cosy.

The number of dishes was relatively (!) small. But that was more than fine because I did not struggle to choose a dish for thaat long. Well, I ordered three starters... and that's my point: Every dish tastes amazing! And different! A taste explosion in every bite and always a combination of different aromas.

I visited Vegang with my boyfriend in August. We were only in Berlin for a short week. We went there the first day, and knew right away that we needed to come back one more time before going home. The food is very innovative, and just delicious. The waiters were so nice, making jokes and small portions of our favourite cocktails on the house. Definitely a place I will return to whenever im in Berlin.

I wanted to try the deep fried chicken but unfortunately they didn’t offer it on that day. Chose to go with Tofu instead and the dish was just mediocre. The veggies were overcooked and the sauce was average.
Read moreThere are tons of cool and hip people but this doesn’t cover the fact that you can get way better food just a few houses down the street.
Also the dishes seem large (big plates) but you’ll be fooled, it’s a tiny portion of rice and a handful of veggies.
I would not go again or recommend it to anybody.
