Great All-vegan burger joint in SF - Edit
I am a big fan of their Haight N Salsa burger and Chick'n tenders. I've had two non vegan friends tell me that that was very little difference between their Chick'n tenders and the rest thing.

Really delicious burgers! Got the cracked mayo burger with the add on bacon and it was delicious! The patty seemed a texture mixture between a chicken patty and fish patty but so much of flavor! They offer many customization options for add ons and replacements, it was very easy to order through their app and the pickup time was accurate! Seaweed fries are just like regular fries, not a lot of dried seaweed sprinkles

Chewy texture and meaty flavor in their burgers. Side order of broccoli was crunchy, nice and fresh. Good to have some indoor seating (only 12 customers allowed now).

Best Vegan Burgers in SF!!! - Edit
Holy cow! This place is AMAZING! The entire menu is vegan and there are many burger options to choose from. I had the Smoky BBQ which was incredible! The fries were amazing as well! They also have a kids menu. The kids meal comes with a mini burger, fries, broccoli (which by the way, is seasoned really yummy), 2 Oreo cookies, and a drink (lemonade). My newly vegan kids happily ate everything without complaining which is alway a plus for me! The next time you’re in San Francisco, make sure to stop by VeganBurg! You will not be disappointed!

This placed impressed me. Everything is made with vegan options, Mayo, ketchup, ice cream, buns. I had the Hawaiian burger. It was delicious , the fries are perfectly seasoned, the lemonade was refreshing.

PARKING-
This part blows. We had to park around the block and walk to the burger place. However, during COVID the restaurant indoor seating was not open. So it’s a grab n go. We went to the park around the block and had a picnic. Great SF weather.

Tasty and unique vegan burgers! It's one of the older vegan burger joints, established in 2010. The patties are probably less processed and more similar to a traditional veggie Burger. The flavours are outstanding though! We had the Tangy Tartar, which was sort of like a vegan fish or vegan crab cake which I really liked! We also tried Mustang Relish and added the vegan egg, also super good!! The vegan egg was quite convincing. Seaweed Fries were yum, perfect size and crispiness. Tried the vegan soft serv, very strong flavour, different from other vegan ice cream I've had, but good! Their online ordering system could use some improvements, it was a bit tricky to make order adjustments but thankfully our food was correct and the crew was very professional!

My First Vegan Love. 😍 - Edit
October of 2017 was when I decided to go green, cold turkey at that. First attempt was to find some comfort food to ease into the transition. Googled "vegan burgers" in San Francisco and Veganburg came up. So when I got there, Veganburg had all these eccentric burgers on the top menu. I just went with their "Cracked Mayo" burger because it look like how a traditional burger is constructed...got some fries with it too. But after the first bite and to quote the late-great Bob Marley, I knew everything was going to be alright (transitioning). Lol It tasted amazingly like a chicken sandwich with it's breaded texture and the lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo. Til this day, every step I take into Veganburg, I always choose me first love. #CrackedMayo

Holy cow this was good. Got the Creamy Shroom and was delighted that it wasn’t greasy or super heavy with the sauce. A perfect balance really. Having broccoli as an option for the side is a really nice touch. The ice tea was too sweet for me.

For all lovers of those fast-food combos, this was very tasty experience. It is fast food, but all is organic and dishes compostable. The menu offers many options, including The Impossible Burger or Just Egg, the service is fast, food delightful. Definitely would come back if had a possibility.

I had in my wish list for awhile and was expecting more based on other reviews.
Meal combo started at $14.80
She added large fries $1 (brown cup instead of slightly smaller white cup at other tables) though I didn't ask for it. Regular fries cup was small sized water cup.
Seaweed fries like Mac fries with little flavor of seaweed. Plenty salty and I found the ketchup okay.
Mango lemonade - good
Creamy shrooms burger with avocado $2 for a few pieces; and bacon $2 for small slice bacon, not crispy but okay flavor. Small amounts as add on and never did see prices for add-ons anywhere, hate that. Forgot to get cheese!! Burger was okay but nothing that had a wow factor. Heard the same type of comment from the young ladies at the next table.
I like Next Level better if only because of shakes

VeganBurg has been open for over four years, but catching up on local reviews. Long story short: VeganBurg is now one of the crucial vegan institutions in San Francisco. Everything I've had here is excellent. Pay no attention to the weird names like "Mustang Relish"—the combinations are always pretty amazing. One thing is: their FRIES are the BEST in the Bay Area. Next Level Burger is another excellent vegan "Fast Food"-type place, but the fries at VeganBurg are the best "classic" fries you'll find. The broccolli side is a "must-get" also. Warning though if you order to be delivered from Uber Eats (or any other delivery service): CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE THE DRIVER LEAVES. VeganBurg often leaves things out. This happens 50% of the time. They've had staffing issues, which is typical for S.F., where no one can afford to live and restaurants face daunting regulations and operational issues (also maybe has to do with why S.F. is no longer one of the Happy Cow Top 10 cities).

Everything is very good, with quite tasty patties and many options. The vegan chicken nuggets were delicious but everything is very simple. We found the place very expensive for the quality of the food (almost 6$ for a very small portion of not even home made fries).

What a find - Edit
We arrived in SF quite late at night staying in the Stanyan Park Hotel. They recommended we take a walk down Haight Street and we found this place. Whatever flavour of burger you want you can have even gluten free. We are there twice. Very friendly very generous very good food even though I prefer bowls of green plant based stuff these burgers were a real find - recommend a large serve of broccoli as a side- to die for.

Fake meats I am not a fan of and the patty was deep fried and dry. The burger was actually much nice without it. Why can’t we eat real food - loads of good vegan burger recipes - black bean, falafel etc. Everything else was pretty cool about the place but would like at least one real food option. If I went back I’d probably order a burger without patty!
