Beautiful vegan sushi with authentic taste - Edit
We had a great experience at vegan sushi Tokyo. The food was very authentic Japanese in flavor and the presentation was very beautiful. Reminded me of the real sushi I used to eat when I was not vegan, not the Western style with a lot of sauces and clashing flavors. The staff were also all very friendly.
Read moreThey only serve for lunch because they are renting a location that is available only during this time. I recommend everyone to go here and try their sushi and support them. They are working towards opening their own location so they can be open also for dinner.
Pros: Tasty, Authentic, Friendly staff

Good but pricey - Edit
I had the miso & 10-piece sushi set for about 3,300 ¥. The flavor was good and I appreciated the variety. Rice was on the loose side so be careful if you're clumsy with your chopsticks like myself!

Delicious food and friendly service! - Edit
I really enjoyed my meal here. The sushi was delicious. I also liked their very mild matcha. The service was also super friendly. At the end of the meal, my server gave me a card with a QR code for other vegan restaurants all around Japan! I think the price for the sushi set on its own is quite reasonable. The price for the set plus the add-ons gets a little high, especially if you upgrade some of the add-ons.

5 stars and more! Go here if you are a Vegan in Tokyo! - Edit
WOW! This was more than great food. It was an experience! We got the special set so we could try all the different kinds of sushi! We even had to get some refills after because they were so good. Our favorite was the Tempura! Followed by the scrambled eggs and Tuna Mayo & Vegan Caviar. These were all so good! We also got Matcha. I believe the Matcha was grown on Mount Fuji which was cool. I got the regular and my wife got the oat milk. If you want it sweeter, get the one with oat milk. We got the Dorayaki for dessert! It was very good. They recommend it with ice cream at the restaurant, but we got it without since I think it’s more traditional. The ice cream would definitely be good too.
Read moreI spent some time talking with one of the owners and she was the one serving us too. They were so nice!! It seems like a small local business trying to really get started up. I know they are only open for lunch but please try and make it. I think they want to expand to dinner too! They accept reservations! They are an absolute gem. You 100% need to go support them if you are Vegan and in Tokyo. What a great place for us. Let’s keep this place going and show them how much we love it! ✌🏻

A unique Japanese experience and the Sushi is unreal!! - Edit
Worth making the reservation! The sushi experience is unreal, had flavours I have never had in sushi before and I'm so happy there is a place like this in Japan now because before it was so difficult to find a vegan sushi place. Worth the money!

A treasure - Edit
Don’t skip this place. The food was delicious, the staff was incredibly kind and warm (and spoke great English). I’ve never had better vegan sushi. I don’t like fake meat but nothing, not even the vegan tuna or egg salad, gave me the panics. The dessert was delicious too.

Fantastic - Edit
It was really amazing to find a place where they serve fully vegan sushi. All sushi’s we’re well thought through without any concessions on the taste. The staff was super friendly and we even got a card with a link to other vegan tips in Japan which is very welcome.

Very expensive, not worth it - Edit
The food itself was good, tasty and very well presented. However, it took them a very long time to prepare the food, it was very expensive and not even soy sauce was included. They make you order the food via an annoying website where you have to use your phone and have to pay for the food by card before you actually get it. So if you want to get a soy sauce, that you didn't expect was not included, they make you order it via the website which takes about 10 minutes.

Great service and quality. Each piece of sushi on your plate will be a unique story of flavours. For dessert, try the matcha donut with ice cream on top. The sake tastings from cute Tokyo-themed cups are very enjoyable as well.

Tokyo must for best vegan sushi - Edit
Flavorful, refined, delicious variety of vegan sushi. Everything was so good! Perfectly seasoned, great flavor combinations. Even my non-veg husband truly enjoyed this meal and want to come back. A vegan must if you're in Tokyo (or Kyoto, they just opened there too)!
