Das Essen war außerordentlich gut! Leider eher teuer und kleine Portionen. Das Restaurant selbst ist etwas heruntergekommen und dreckig, aber für Amsterdamer Verhältnis in einem normalen Zustand *zwinker*. Wir empfehlen unbedingt die Bao Buns und das Gyoza zu probieren! Die Sushi Rolls sind auch ein echter Schmackofatz. :)

I like several sushi rolls (like the ones with flambé salmon, ebi and chicken teriyaki), but also the crispy oyster wings and gyozas. The mochi and matcha tiramisu are quite good as well. Some nice drinks are plum wine, yuzu lemonade and yuzu and genmai sake.

I don't normally post reviews because I rarely go anywhere that seems worth recommending. However, this really is. The mushroom signature rolls are beautiful. The wasabi is excellent. They have real skill. Just watch out for the relatively late opening time of 3.30pm most days.

Doesn’t matter if you eat in the restaurants or get a take away. The vegan Sushi Bar is perfect. The bao buns are delicious and I would highly recommend the wings.

I came here with a group and we sampled every single sushi on both menus, both seasonal and standard. It was impossible for us to decide which one was the best as they were all amazing.

Best vegan sushi ever!! - Edit
We visited here in september 2025 and have dreamed of coming back ever since! It was absolutely delicious! The faux salmon rolls were mouth watering amd the yuzu lemonade was one of the best drinks on our four week journey through Europe. Hopefully we will have a chance to visit again soon!!

I was so happy to finally visit this restaurant, and my expectations were met! The food is great, much better than a vegan sushi I had in Tokyo. Unfortunately, the service was a bit discontinued as the 6 people at the table got their food in different times (with other table served in between). Also, the person waiting our table confronted one of us uselessly, for a more than licit question. This ruined the atmosphere just at the beginning of the dinner. I find this disappointing, because I was the only vegan at the table and I think that this is not the way to include everybody. Such a pity!

It was such a pleasant delicious and cozy experience, I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone with a passion for sushi, ramen and just a good time in general. The drinks were great, ordering went smoothly and the sushi was prepared really quickly and presented in a fantastic and appetising way.

My partner and I went here for dinner. They had an excellent range of sushi, sides and drinks. Easily the best vegan sushi I've ever had! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Note: the premises is small so seating is limited - it's worth booking in advance. We almost didn't get a table!

We ordered the shrimpless rolls, seaweed salad, fried 'chicken' bao and 'fried chicken pieces'. Highly recommend the 'fried chicken' (oyster mushrooms)- very delicate batter, great texture and flavour. Seaweed salad portion was generous and rolls were great!

One of the best vegan sushi I’ve had in Europe! We both got a combo deal each, and shared them between us. The gyozas were delicious and the sushi was amazing. We had the no chicken teriyaki and the mighty mushroom sushi. The mushroom was my favourite, but everything was made to such a high standard. The matcha tiramisu was excellent and a perfect way to end the meal. A must go when in Amsterdam, however I would recommend booking a table because it was very busy!

Most items on the menu are great, for sure you should order the teriyaki sushi and/boa bun and the fried chicken from mushrooms, the vegan salmon is also nice! Ordering goes thru a qr code. Some of the sushi is fried, had to be your thing, but I would approve.
