Hey! We're The Owners - Edit
You might notice our photos look a little different — that’s because we’ve moved!

Needs work - Edit
Maybe I went at the wrong time, but… they only had 2 options. I got shawarma, which was ok, but came with warmed up fries. Dessert was much better.
Read moreThey claim they only share seating with the restaurant next door, but they had plenty of non-vegan items in their window and I believe my food actually came out of the place next door. Also, although I was eating in, food came in plastic boxes.
Pros: Tasty desert, Friendly staff
Cons: Mediocre food, Odd setting, Plastic containers

Very kind people but don't expect a cozy place to eat - Edit
The people working there were great but the pictures here aren't really representative of the available options if you just walk in. Great place if you want to pre-order a pie or buy precooked frozen meals. Before visiting please consider the fact that meat products are sold visibly in the same space, be assured that the principles of veganisme are well understood though.

Is not vegan, only opcions - Edit
It's a take away restaurant. It has some prepared food and a menu to chose between diferent options. Regarding to the vegan options, there are only 3-4 options. They also have vegan cake.

Hello. The food you have in the picture is not ours. This is from a restaurant we share seating space with only and provide with some of our options. Our menu has 15+ fully vegan options and our kitchen is in a different area from where you were. We have outside seating and the one indoors which we both share with (The Cook). Do come back again and have a look at our full menu which includes veganised local dishes 😊

The Best! - Edit
I can proudly say that this is the only vegan restaurant I trust in Amman. Their food is so clean and delicious. They are reliable and trustworthy. Plus, the sweets they offer satisfy the biggest cravings, and you'll feel guilt free knowing all the ingredients fresh and clean.

Vegan must try - Edit
Everything we tried there was great. They never failed to impress us. The cold sandwiches (grilled Halloumi was my favorite), the hot menu (prepared on spot to ensure freshness as the owner said), the desserts (especially the brownies) were flawless. Definitely coming back for more.

Run away - Edit
Worst vegan experience ever. I arrived to a seemingly "vegan" place, to find out it is mixed with another restaurant that serves meat.
Read moreThey only had 1 vegan sandwich, which I took.
When I went outside to eat, I noticed there was mold in the sandwich. I threw it away and left the premises immediately.

Hello Natacha🌻
Read moreWe are a fully vegan place, we only share the display with another one to reduce cost and make the food more affordable to people. We have a full vegan menu and the sandwich you got was probably the last on that day because the only thing we prepare beforehand is the cold sandwiches and they run out rather quickly early in the morning. Everything else on our fully vegan menu is prepared fresh, in seperate kitchen, on a different floor by special chefs.
We apologize for what you saw in the sandwich, we were having a display fridge problem that our cashier noticed later and we handled his incompetence directly. The sandwiches are prepared daily but this batch had olives in the bread that went bad on the day because of the heat problem.
We would love for you to come back and try our menu and we're sorry again for your experience.

We had the burger wrap which was quite nice and a stew. We thought the stew wasn't the most interesting thing so maybe I would try a different dish next time. The owners were really lovely.

This eatery might be small, but it's full of love. Love for good vegan food, love for cats and love to their customers.
Read moreThere's a cozy atmosphere and I immediately felt welcome. The owners are very sweet people and take good care of both their customers and the street cats. 😺❤️
I visited the place a few times in the couple of days I was in Amman, and I tried a few different things.
If you're lucky enough to come on a day where they make the vegan mushakran, you should try it. It's super taste and greasy and made from a traditional Palestinian recipe. So yummy! 🇵🇸❤️
I also needed to have their hot chocolate with cinnamon twice, because it was so delicious! 😋
I hope to come back in the future.

My happy place - Edit
My partner and I found this place on Google and we had to visit. Never had Arabic vegan food that wasn't hummus and falafel. The owner and sous chef was very lovely and the yellow stew was the highlight of our lunch.

Nice little restaurant with fresh food - Edit
Delicious food which is freshly prepared, big portions, reasonable prices and very nice owner(s). It was nice to try a bit different local vegan food not consisting of falafel and hummus. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is not in a hurry and have time to enjoy a good meal.

The best experience of my life - Edit
V Spectrum Kitchen offers a concept that we need more of in our region and frankly all over the world which is: Whole food plant-based Non Greasy food
Read moreMy taste buds are literally partying after having the Palestine Wrap, which consists of an exciting experience with every bite! Not to mention the Mushroom Msakhan, which is just mind blowing especially along side the home made turnip “alleft” pickles. The tabbouleh was just perfect in every way (and I’m a big tabbouleh critic) — it wasnt dry or lacking salt like at other restaurants. It was simply perfect and took me back to my grandmother’s
kitchen. Can’t wait to try the vegan chocolate cookies later!
So to sum up: portions amazing, value for money is also great, the taste is spectacular, the service was incredible (despite the fact I ordered delivery, the co-owner delivered my order herself!)
Thank you so much V Spectrum Kitchen, I am so glad I found you. Will definitely become a regular!
