Breakfast
Extensive menu of Vietnamese breakfast soups, hot pots, stir frys, clay pots, baked tofu dishes, plus salads and sandwiches. Many dishes contain soy or wheat-based mock-meats. Nice atmosphere with high ceilings, linen table clothes, lots of plants. Try the lemongrass tofu and the pho bo/ga, and bun rieu (vermicelli crab with a tomato base soup). Meals are served with hot tea. The menu is translated into English but very limited spoken English. Previously located at
62 Phan Dinh Phung. Open Mon-Sun 7:00am-9:00pm.
Lunch Break: 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm.

Très appétissant mais toujours moyen - Edit
Honnêtement, ça semble toujours génial… et en fait : toujours fade et décevant. J’y suis allé trois fois et j’ai été trois fois déçu. Mais bon, c’est quand même très OK.

Great food, service could be better - Edit
I really enjoyed all of the food I ordered but myself and a few other tables were left without service for a while and all of the starter and mains plates/bowls were left on the table and I had to make room for them to give me my dessert, which I ate whilst there was still a pretty strong garlic smell from the morning glory also in front of me. I'd definitely go back though.

When in Da Lat.... - Edit
I've visited here a couple of times on this trip, once for dinner and once for breakfast. The menu is large, you could come back multiple times without eating the same thing.
Read moreIt's a larger establishment, clean and comfortable, with nice decor. The music playing in the background is gentle enough without being too intrusive.
I found the service to be prompt, polite but not necessarily friendly. Be mindful that English is very limited, although it was easy enough to convey what I'd like to order.
The food was tasty, not the best I've had but satisfying, and the drinks good. The coffee I really enjoyed here. The price was reasonable for a larger establishment.
Worth a try if you find yourself in Da Lat.

All delicious! - Edit
Visit 3 times and all food we ordered was fantastic. We had summer rolls, Bahn mi, healthy brown rice pho, hue noodle soup, spring roll & vermicelli noodle bowl, “chicken” salad and the “beef” with potatoes dish. All very very good. The Passion fruit soda and the salted coffee also get a special mention because they were both divine! Would love to see some dessert options.

Absolutely delicious! - Edit
Had the strawberry tea, braised vegan fish in clay pot, Vietnamese pyramid rice dumpling and vegan flan pudding for desert. All were absolutely delicious and only cost 155k, very cheap and can get a full meal for much cheaper still but this was well worth it!

Worst experience ever at a vegan restaurant - Edit
I’d give this place 1 star if I could (which I think I’ve never given before, let along to a vegan restaurant) but our experience was the worst here and we’re not coming back again nor recommend it.
Read moreThe waitress couldn’t be more uninterested and barely understood English but also didn’t try at all to understand us and as a result got our order wrong.
We ordered a bunch of things (like 5 different small dishes), and then she came back to say that they didn’t have anything besides the dumplings. We said then we’d go somewhere else but as we were leaving the dumplings and drinks started arriving at the table. We decided to then just sit back down and eat and my husband found a hair in his dumpling twice!
Finally the toilet was also not clean and it was still morning.
The drinks were okay but nothing special and the matcha was a bit too sweet for me.

The pho is amazing! - Edit
We had the pho and bun bo hue and it was fantastic. The broth of the pho was the best I’ve ever had. Try the watermelon lychee ice tea! Nice atmosphere at the restaurant as well. Also loved the free pandan tea they served us and I ended up buying some as they sell it there as well for 70k for 6 packages of loose leaf tea. #Veganuary

Nice people - Edit
The team were super nice and enthusiastic but disorganized. Food was mediocre and they didn't accommodate a simple request to saute a few vegetables. Definitely not one for the record books.

Highly Recommended Vegan Restaurant! - Edit
We had an amazing experience at this vegan restaurant today. We tried the pho, coconut soup, spring rolls, and salad. Everything was delicious! The flavors were fresh and perfectly balanced. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for tasty and satisfying plant-based dishes. Will definitely be back!

Clean and quiet. We were just there for breakfast. The food was excellent! If you order a milk coffee tell them if you want it hot. It came out with ice!

The best vegan Restaurant in Dalat - Edit
This restaurant has lots of vegan Vietnamese dishes and fresh juices at very affordable prices. They also have a vegan flan that is a must try. Is located in one of the main streets and staff is very friendly.

Banh mi was so delicious and reasonably priced! We ended up going to this place multiple times and got banh mi’s to go for our journey to the next place. Super good food and staff are so friendly. Absolutely recommend. Would say light chilli tho as the green chili they use is SPICY

Disappointing... - Edit
Worse than the 2nd restaurant of theirs. Don't get me wrong, food is good but service is poor and barely anything available on the menu without notice. Not sure where the 5* reviews are coming from!

Not recommended - Edit
My family and I entered the place and the service was very unfriendly, they didn't clean the table even when we ask them. Also they could not serve any drinks only water which they even forgot to serve. Also one of the meal smells very rotten and could not be eaten. Other meals were fine so with luck you can have a good meal. They do have many options and vegan meat. But the service made the stay very uncomfortable.

Best Veg Restaurant in Da Lat? - Edit
Hoa Sen was so good, I returned a second time. I absolutely loved their Pho and Hue soups. The flavors are rich and nuanced.
Read moreNote: My Vietnamese friend said that the food here wasn’t as authentic since it’s made for tourist pallets. Regardless, this reminded me the most of my favorite Vietnamese food in the US with the richer and more complex flavors.

Flash without the Thunder - Edit
This place is 100% vegan but it lacks originality. It has a massive selection of dishes but they’re all common Vietnamese vegetarian/vegan fare you’ll find elsewhere. I ordered a bánh mì, vegetable pan fried noddles (mì xào giòn), and deep fried cauliflower (bông cải chiên bột). Nothing impressive. The restaurant, nevertheless, is aesthetically pleasing and big. I think they’re selling point is their vast menu. It’s definitely on the pricier side for Vietnamese standards.

Vegan Vietnamese food - Edit
I liked this place because there was a huge selection to choose from, food came quickly and the staff that attended to us were very polite and helpful even though not many spoke English we got by no problem with phone translations. They even came back to check they got our order right once our food came which my husband and I appreciated.
Read moreMaybe a little on the expensive side compared to most Vietnamese restaurants but to be honest I found all the restaurants I visited in Đà Lạt expensive 😆
I got the Singapore noodles which tasted good and the vegetables were really crunchy and fresh. This would be a good place to eat with a large group or family. Would definitely come back 😊
Pros: Fast service , Lots of seating space, Many options
