My favourite spot in TO - Edit
It's my favourite not just because of the food, but because of the atmosphere, how they always play classical music, the decor, and super friendly owners. As a lover of cute cafés and all kinds of desserts, this is absolutely my spot ❤️ Go support them!!

Fantastic cakes - Edit
My partner ordered me a lemon cake and it was really excellent. It weighed about 5 pounds and was super filling and sweet (in a good way). Highly recommend if you're giving to non-vegans.

Delicious cakes and food - Edit
We always order our cakes from them. They are always delicious and moist and fluffy. Last time though, it was overly sweet! We didn’t really enjoy it. So maybe consult before with them when you place an order. They can customise your cake too! Don’t be afraid to ask. They have some fridges there with vegan goodies and they have soft serve! Last time they had choco one! It was fabulous! The lasagna was delicious, though a bit pricey for the size. The croissants are delicious and the ciabatta/toast with cheese and pepperoni made me feel like i was eating my mum’s homemade pizza! The cappuccino was delicious, but i have to agree with another review, that the beverage was a bit watery. Weird texture.
Read moreWe will definitely go back again and again to try all their goodies! Inside the place the vibe is very European. Glam.
Pros: Delicious soft serve!, Fabulous cakes, Tasty sandwiches and croissants
Cons: Lasagna a bit pricey, Plastic cutlery and plates for dine-in., Toilet not very clean.

It’s okay, but maybe my expectations were too high - Edit
I bought a range of cakes and pastries and had coffee too. Coffee was ok, not great, didn’t love whichever brand of milk they used - it was watery. The pastries were okay, not as flaky as I would have liked, and my cookie was… I don’t know. It tasted like a health food cookie rather than an actually good cookie. Perhaps an off day. I would write it off but I wouldn’t hurry to go back either. Maybe I chose the wrong items!

Classy and tasty - Edit
Bakery with all day breakfast items and great hot lunch/sandwich items. The bakery/dessert options are sooo many and absolutely delicious. Had the Mushroom swiss egg sandwich and butternut squash soup for lunch. A little salty for my taste.

Great bakery. Nice interior - Edit
We hit this spot every time we come to Toronto. The baked goods are amazing, you can tell they know their stuff. The pastries have great lamination, evidence of good technique. The last time we went they were out of danishes after 20 min of being open, crazy! Definitely recommend

Got a couple of danishes and they were tasty. Coffee was pretty good. Only complaint is that it is very expensive. Over $6 for one danish.

Nothing is fresh - Edit
This place sucks nothing is fresh everything is heated after you purchase. Once I asked for croissants that were fresh they said that nothing was fresh, I asked if I come back another day and specifically call ahead and ask for fresh croissants is that possible and they said no everything is Frozen even when they make it in house fresh they refrigerate everything and put it in the freezer does it make any sense.

10/10 Amazed - Edit
This place is a gem. Can’t believe I have only now just found out about it. Wow! The English muffin! I literally ordered it twice in one day and then the very next day. I never knew such a creation could exist in vegan form and I’m slightly obsessed. Such great flavors and textures. I also loved the grilled cheese it was definitely better than any grilled cheese you’ll make at home. The danish with the berries was lovely and not too sweet. I wasn’t that impressed with the tuna croissant like other reviews. It was okay.. with quite a lot of the tuna filling/mayo like sauce, but the portion was generous which is good.

You Have to Eat Here!! - Edit
We just love this bakery and go here whenever we get to Toronto. It is such a cozy and warm little place with so many many delectable pastries, cakes, cupcakes, croissants. It just feels luxurious to have so many sweet options when you are vegan. You will not be disappointed...you have to eat here!

All vegan sweets - Edit
Found this place during COVID19; happy I did. They have the best desserts I have ever tried. They make their own cheese which is fantastic. The manager and chef are so great and helpful. They also have brunch which I will be trying as soon as the pandemic is over. There is also Vegan Lasagna and great coffee.

A Must See! - Edit
I had the egg muffin/breakfast sandwich, an iced coffee, and butter tart. I have no clue how they did it but my sandwich was the most realistic replication of a non-vegan meal I have ever had. There are so many desserts and egg breakfast options that I will definitely be coming back to try them all.

An incredible array of dessert options! - Edit
I did not have a long enough trip to Toronto to take full advantage of all the treats that Copenhagen Cafe has to offer. There are a wide variety of vegan desserts (e.g., cakes, croissants, tarts, bars) and drinks that you can enjoy in a relaxed, chandelier-ed atmosphere. It was a lovely spot for an afternoon tea break.
