Everything we had was very tasty. We had the cauliflower nuggets, 3 dips Combo with 2 pittas, Moussaka, Big Boss Burger, carrot hot dog, eat like a Greek, mushroom Gyros, Bannoffee and Snickers tart. 🤤

Essen war absolut in Ordnung aber: Für Athen ist das eins der teuersten Optionen und dafür sind die Portionen auch noch klein. Von dem 15€ eat like a Greek braucht ein erwachsener Mensch 2 Stück um statt zu werden.

Went twice in two days during our visit to Athens. Staff is very pleasant and service is quick. Food is delicious. We tried the Lahmajun, the Big Boss Burger and the Greek Dips Combo and we weren’t disappointed.

The Food was very delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly. We got the Pita, the Cauliflower Burger and the Moussaka. Everything was great. Also the owner turned up music at some point, sadly it was to loud for me, but after asking him to turn it down he immediately did so... thank you!

All the food is 100% vegan and most if not all things are homemade. I ordered a skepasti pita gyros and it was the best vegan gyros I have eaten in a restaurant.

When this restaurant first opened, it was one of the best vegan options in the city: fresh ingredients, well-balanced flavors, and nice presentation. Unfortunately, lately the quality has noticeably declined. The Big Boss Burger was rather bland, without anything that made it stand out. The mushroom wrap lacked seasoning and salt, leaving it completely flavorless. The fries, which used to be a highlight, came out burnt. I genuinely hope they can return to their previous standards, because the place has great potential, but at the moment the experience doesn’t live up to expectations.

This is a great place for fast vegan food. I sat down outside and got a menu immediately.

I decided to get the "eat like a Greek" and the homemade lemonade.
The lemonade was perfect! It's sour and has a really nice flavor with some sort of mint and ginger hints to the lemon juice. I enjoyed that a lot and tried not to drink it too quickly.
The Eat Like A Greek meal was the perfect portion. It comes with beans that are in a yummy sauce. It also has some spinach and couscous. It was a delicious and filling meal.
The heat outside is killing my appetite or I would probably stuff my face with more stuff from here.
I loved the bowl and would eat here again for sure.
This is a great place for lunch or dinner. Especially if you want something right away.

Lots of choice in different menu categories. We tried the lamajun, which was very tasty, and quite filling. Unfortunately, we were then too full to try the banoffee pie or snickers tart. 😞

Vegan Beats is so good, I literally planned my airport layover around it. Today was our third visit — I landed in Athens, grabbed a cab straight to Plaka, had lunch here, then went right back to the airport. Totally worth it.

There is a wide variety of vegan dishes in Greek style. I tried the Lahmajun and spiral potatoes; both were delicious and very filling. The prices are reasonable, and they also offer gluten-free options.

Read moreJust a heads up, there’s some issues with gluten handling, so if you have a serious allergy or are celiac, this might not be the best place.
FYI- if you're Canadian, Greece doesn't have a tipping culture so if you tip, here, they ring a giant bell indicating that you left a tip... I'd leave the tip on the table rather than tipping when you pay lol

Such a good restaurant. The prices are overall ok, the food is delicious and the staff is superrrr helpful and kind! We had the space gyros combo, the 3 dips with pita, the ‘eat like a greek’, beer, lemonade, ouzo and a very good banoffee. My parents are meat eaters, but they loved the food and service as well. I can only recommend!! Great experience.

The mushroom gyros here were absolutely delicious! I lived in Greece 10 years ago before going vegan and was craving an authentic gyro and this truly hit the spot. Great for a quick bite! Also, the lemonade with ginger and turmeric was so refreshing on a hot summer day.
