Love eating here! The staff is friendly, has a lot of Tex-Mex vegan options and serves plates other restaurants don't! Always want to try something new from here! Just can't get enough

Delicious vegan-ness!!! - Edit
I am from out of town and stopped by for a Sunday breakfast. I got chiaquiles, a mimosa, and coffee. It was amazing. The restaurant is small but very well decorated and inviting. The wait staff were polite. The food was delicious. And everything was reasonably priced. This will not the be last time here on this trip!

Great neighborhood vegan restaurant - Edit
Love to have a vegan restaurant so close by. The menu has a wide variety and breakfast and lunch food and everything I've tried has been delicious. My favorite is their breakfast menu because it can be tricky to find vegan breakfast options at restaurants. There is outdoor seating as well!

Love this place! - Edit
This place is so good! I have only had the honey chicken breakfast sandwich and I think a buffalo chicken sandwich but both were very good. A non-vegan friend took a reluctant bite out of the breakfast sandwich and said it taste just like a McDonalds breakfast sandwich but better.

Been my go to spot since they first relocated to their current location. Menu and taste have definitely evolved (for the better). I could eat the pastor tacos or the sweet potato flautas everyday

Buffalo Chicken Sandwich & Strawberry Shake - Edit
They were extremely busy(which I love to see) so service was a bit slow, but the food was delicious. They have indoor & outdoor seating and a small bar to sit at as well. Looked like they serve liquor as well as beer and wine.

Fun spot. Had the Buffalo chicken sandwich and the breakfast club sandwich. Both were awesome. Very filling. Also, they had really good vegan ranch on the kale greens!

Options galore - Edit
Cute, quaint little restaurant with patio option offers many, many vegan options. I opted for the chk'n basket. Overall, taste was great. My complaint comes from all the waste - so many ketchup packets and plastic ramekins with salsas. They definitely could do better on this front, hence the 4 stars.

Great food! Unfortunately poor service - Edit
I eat here every now and then. I really enjoy the food. Just be warned that it takes a long time and the times I have dined in, the service has been very poor (e.g., long time to have order taken, food took forever but still came our before we got our drinks, no one checking to see if we need anything, etc.). For that reason, I typically order pick up. Even then, the food is not ready on time. I wish the service was better- I would be there all the time!!

Tres leche pancakes yum - Edit
This place is very modern and nice on the inside. They have unisex bathrooms. I always like to see that. We split the tres leche pancakes and we both were full.We also go a coffee and an orange juice a piece so that may have added to why we were full. The orange juice was freshly juiced. The coffee was a dark roast and we were given oatmilk. The tres de leche pancakes were three fluffy pancakes covered in a sweet creamy sauce, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and whipped cream on top. It was a delight for the eyes and the taste buds. The waitress was very friendly and the service was great. I really enjoyed it.

Good food - Edit
I ordered the carne asada tacos and my sister got the karma curry bowl and dragon fruit lemonade. She liked her orders and said it was a nice and large serving. The tacos were pretty good and I liked whatever they made the vegan carne asada from. I would have liked them more if they had vegan queso, cream, guac, or something creamy on them. They came with 2 hot sauces which were good but super spicy so be careful. We also got some sort of soup in our carry out bag, not sure what exactly it was or what dish it came with lol but it was also delicious. The only reason I dock a star is because it was pricier than what I would have expected.

The tres leches waffles were amazing! So so good with fresh fruit! I also got the chickn strips which were good as well. They also have an impressive drinks menu of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. I got take out and the order was filled very quickly.

Entirely GF Vegan Menu - I could cry - Edit
My husband and I live 5 hours away in a vegan food desert. We were so excited to find this place and learn that they opened up during the middle of the pandemic last year. This is our new date night spot - even if I have to drive 5 hours to get there. The food and service were fantastic.

Best Vegan Food in San Antonio - Edit
This is one of the best vegan restaurants I’ve been to anywhere in the world. I had a chance to talk to the owner at length and she is literally a superstar. Her food designs are not only wonderful to look at but they taste divine. I was in San Antonio for two days and visited her restaurant twice. Even during the freak cold storm she remained open and even gave away food for those in need during this catastrophe. If you eat nowhere else in San Antonio you must eat here. This is not only a world-class vegan restaurant I would put it head to head with any restaurant in San Antonio and know that it would be just as good.

Meh - Edit
Has a good selection. I just wish the recipes were a little better. Overhyped restaurant in the vegan community in my opinion. . Very overpriced. Most food is not made in-house. Not fresh. Poor quality. Inconsistent. Bad service.

Good food, not good service - Edit
We ordered the carne asada fried and birria quesadilla. The fries were great, no complaints there, but the quesadillas were $15 for a portion size like 2 small tacos and it was really not flavorful at all.
Read moreThe biggest issue was that there was only one person waiting maybe 5 tables, answering phones, and taking take out orders. So (reasonably) she couldn’t pay much attention to us, and we had to call her over maybe 3 times to get more water. We even spoke to someone else as we were leaving who was incredibly disappointed with the service as well. I’m sure it’s not the waitress’s fault but more the restaurant’s fault, but either way the service needs a lot of work here.

GREAT FOOD!!! Highly recommend enchiladas verdes, mac n cheese (better with a little salt), the PANCAKES - WHAT?!?! The cheesesteak omelet was also bomb!!! Yes, I ordered 4 entrees AND an appetizer - the pain is real, but so is the excitement of having so many great things to try!!!!
