My fav vegan restaurant in Colombia - Edit
I’ve been to this restaurant more than 40x in 3 months. I love the people, the service and the food is clearly incredible! When I moved to Medellin, I found an apt that was close to this restaurant. I love the baby Bella, the meal plans (menu del día) I’ve tried most things on the menu and you should too 😊 don’t skip dessert!

Read moreI had the Canelones (37.800 COP) and it was tasty but I wish the portion would've been a bit bigger. Since I wasn't completely full I got La Muchacha (15.000 COP) as dessert. It tasted well.

There's a great selection of food, but to be honest every savoury dish I ordered was drenched or cooked in something sweet which is a shame as I couldn't finish some of the food. Just too sweet for me. I like savoury food savoury. It's not cheap either.

No había tenido la oportunidad de ir al punto físico, siempre pedía domicilios y debo decir que estos tardan un buen tiempo en llegar. Ayer tuve la oportunidad de visitar este restaurante y en primer lugar, la atención es excelente, las chicas son muy amables. El lugar es pequeño pero muy agradable. De entrada nos dieron unos nachos con guacamole, que estaban muy ricos. De plato fuerte pedí una ensalada, que era una porción muy generosa y estaba deliciosa; mi acompañante (que no es vegetariano) pidió unos canelones rellenos de hongos, le gustaron mucho!

Read moreWe ordered 2 burgers, taquitos and some nachos and guacamole. Everything tasted amazing and didn't fail to hit the food spot.
It's location aswell, pretty much central in El Poblado, was perfect for us.
The only downside to the restaurant is the price, as we felt the food was a little on the pricier side but was still fairly affordable.

This is a lovely spot that we went to twice during our week in Medellin. It’s not very traditional, more of a focus on upscale burgers. Some dishes are better than others. For instance, the falafel and lentil stick entrée was flavorless and super dry without a sauce. The empanadas were quite boring too. How they made fried food unappealing is beyond me—at least it was hearty. However, the soup was really delicious. I want to describe it like a refried bean soup, but that wouldn’t do it justice for how savory and delicious It was alongside fun toppings. The rainbow bowl was good, parts of it were excellent, like the fried tofu and pickled radishes, while other parts less good. The quinoa did not pair well with it for me. The mushroom tacos were great except for dry tortillas, but otherwise very flavorful. We also ordered the cheesecake on both visits. While the crust was not my favorite, the cake itself was fantastic as was the berry topping.

This was the only time we completely felt as fools as foreigners in Colombia. After our order, they completely ignored us. Everyone else got their food except us. We ordered two lemonades. After 30 mins they came with two lemonades to the table; they gave us one and brought the other one to the another Colombian couple… people came and left and we still didn’t even got our starters. Some dishes were good, some ok, some lacking

4 stars for the overall experience. bowl was tasty, but could have been bigger. the crispy tofu / teriyaki sauce were definitely the highlight. could’ve done without the raw tomatoes (personal taste). some avocado instead would’ve made it perfect. pickled radish (?) and onions were a great touch! overall very healthy bowl.
gin/tonic was served with style, with what i think were juniper berries (red/black) and slices of lime. fabulous.
tumtum chocolates were nice,
though nothing exciting.
cheesecake to go was weird really.. there was an aftertaste that was…meh.. 2/5 for the cheesecake & chocolates. 4/5 for the bowl. 5/5 for the g/t. 5/5 for service. would def go back to try more stuff!

Read moreWe ordered two different burgers - I don’t usually fancy a burger when there are other options but they sounded nice and flavourful and they did not disappoint.
My partner and I decided to split each burger in half so we could both try both of them.
The burger with the lentil patty was crispy! The vegan mayo sauce was smoky - really tasty.
The burger with the chickpea patty had incredible flavours from the crispy caramelised onions. I enjoyed the guacamole in this too (rather than just avocado).
Friendly and quick service, nice ambience.

My family and I came here our first night in Medellin, as it was near our hotel. From the menu and the reviews, it looked perfect for us.
Read moreThe food was good, not great, large portions. We sat outdoors and for the first few minutes, all seemed copacetic.
Then the first of three sets of performers showed up. They were BTS wannabes, with matching outfits and choreography and a lot of shouting. It was annoying but they performed only about five minutes before going around to collect tips. Next, a guitarist, and after him, a four-piece band set up next to us, the trombonist only a few feet from me.
We got up to pay and they followed us in -- apparently V&V is ok with touts harassing customers.
It was Thursday night, not a weekend, we were tired from the trip and just wanted to unwind and talk. But the performers spoiled the experience.

I had my favourite meal in Medellin here. I had the Mexican bowl, with brown rice, avocado, beans, guac, plantains, and salsa. My husband had a bowl with falafels and other things.
