Lovely Japanese traditional dining experience - Edit
For a group you can book your own room, I was sitting in a room with other tables, you need to take off your shoes when entering. There were families in other rooms with children who could have toys and play, it feels like in someone’s home, where you can relax and be served with delicious, typical Japanese food. I liked this different kind of dining, for others the noise might have been too disturbing. This new experience together with the seriously good food definitely weighs out all doubts. I had okonomiyki and gyoza, very big portion and really tasty!

Really nice dining experience in what feels like a living room. Vegan Okonomiyaki was amazing. Karaage was delicious, we also tried the salad which we loved. Friendly staff, highly recommend

No service - Edit
We came with kids who had just eaten street snacks and were not very hungry. We were not able to order if the kids didn’t order full meals too. The restaurant was empty. So instead of 2 customers they preferred none. We will not go back.

Won’t be back - Edit
Incredibly difficult to find like so many others have said!
Read moreI also agree with the comments about the service.
After taking so long to find would have been nice to have good service.
Felt more like staff were having a social hour. I was the only one there so it wasn’t a matter of being busy. I could see them huddled around chatting and laughing. Seemed like a typical restaurant in the states with young staff that weren’t attentive and in their own world.
I have read countless reviews with the same feedback and see the owners reply apologizing but it seems they do not actually make the change.
Food was okay. I appreciate the vegan and gluten free version of Japanese popular dishes.
Everyone raved about the gyoza which is one of my favorite snacks back home but the sauce was salty and they were just okay.
The dish I had was okay, to be honest the cabbage itself and the sauce was good , nice texture however, the vegan meat they put I could have done without , it was gummy and flavorless.
Won’t be back.

🎌 - Edit
I only got one dish — Okonomiyaki. While it was the only thing I got, it was what I was looking forward to the most. It was much better than I would have expected, given that it was gluten-free, but it was definitely in the top 5 food I had while in Japan — would definitely like to come back one day for more

Delicious Osaka cuisine! - Edit
I LOVED this place!! I was hoping to grab some authentic Osaka cuisine (vegan ofc) and this place did NOT disappoint! I left feeling so satisfied (and sad that I can’t make another trip before I leave). I highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area and want to try Osaka style okonomiyaki, takoyaki, and the works. The sitting areas were so cozy and quaint since they’re semi-private. The overall vibes of the restaurant were very pleasant and peaceful (despite being in a mall in a very populated city).
Read moreThe only downside is how confusing it was to find the place since it’s in the basement of a mall.

Osaka specialties - Edit
It was nice to try Osakas specialties in a vegan version. They were tasty; but maybe not my favorite Japanese food.
Read moreWe also tried the matcha parfait, which was really good; many interesting flavors.
I also liked the seating arrangements with little semi-private rooms.
Many toys and books for kids available.
It’s on B1-floor inside a mall, very much in the corner. Service was very nice.

Better than OKO in terms of flavor and better Takoyaki than the most popular place on happycow in Dotonbori or whatever it’s called lol.

This place is super close to Osaka station and offers vegan and gluten free versions of traditional Japanese dishes.
Read moreThe place is located at the basement level of a shopping mall. The easiest way to find is to check the restaurant's Instagram as they pinned several "how to find us" videos.

Il posto è il numero 14 all'interno dell'edificio, lo potete trovare lungo il perimetro al piano inferiore.

Convenient and yummy - Edit
We got sat in a cozy long room. Server was friendly and spoke very good English. Ordered the hand roll sushi, okonomiyaki, gyoza, and kushikatsu skewers. Everything was good but the okonomiyaki was definitely a standout, and the gyoza were just okay. We also had parfait for dessert which was good. Not one of my fav dinners in Japan but def recommend if you’re close by!
