the restaurant is super cute. Be sure to make a reservation. The burrata was ok, nothing special. It didn't taste like cheese at all. The Crougettes were super delicious and so soft in the inside. The quinoa bowl was ok, the portion size was very little. It didn't fill me up. The staff was super nice as well.

La Burguer también está muy buena.
Resumiendo: todo riquísimo, raciones abundantes, tienen Fritz Cola, son muy amables y el ambiente es ideal. El local es pequeño, recomendable reservar.

My partner and I went to Vega to have dinner around 19:00 o’clock. Unfortunately, they start serving dinner from 20:30 hence we had to pick from a reduced menu which wasn’t ideal.

The customer service was good in general. The guy who served us spoke English and was friendly and efficient. On the other hand, the restaurant looked like it’s falling apart and it definitely needs to be refurbished.
I would certainly give Vega another try but there are definitely better vegan places in Madrid.

We booked a table because this restaurant only had good reviews on Happy Cow. It did not disappoint! Fully vegan, nice setting, good service and delicious food. As mentioned in the description, this is more a fusion cuisine which makes interesting dishes and flavors. In short, we had a wonderful and delicious evening. Note: reservations are a must!

Been here before and enjoyed it. But this time the place felt scruffy and just exhausted. Really needs a facelift - a good clean would help. The food was poor and service quick enough but unfriendly and unwelcoming. It was the second week after corona lockdown ended so the staff were probably very tired and had had enough but it showed. Shame because last time I went the place was warm and cosy - this time it felt like a fast food joint in a tourist hot spot.

This might be the most reviewed vegan restaurant in Madrid, its rated almost 5 stars. I agree with this rating. This place has an awesome menu del dia option, very cheap one. Healthy food, unique combinations, they are very similar to La encomienda, and i have to say that enjoyed more my times in La encomienda, i found it more tasty. But they are very alike, they even share the owners. I have to say that the staff was extremely nice. The only bad thing is that is always sooo full, so be there early or be ready to wait a little while since they no longer accept reservations

I really liked the dinning experience in Vega but I would not consider it as one of the best vegan restaurants in Madrid, given that there are so many great options here. I went there with my parents for my dads birthday and we had the chilli sin carne, the beetroot burger and the Japanese style skewers. The food is good but not mind blowing but the staff is very nice and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere which makes it a worthy experience anyway. If this was a restaurant in an area with fewer vegan options it would be top of the notch.
