Amazing bakes - Edit
Large selection of sweet and savory bakes, some require refrigerator. Went twice and everything we had was amazing! Can't wait to go back for a Nanaimo bar again.

I love this bakery. There are always many options and everything i have ever tried has been delicious. I’ve been coming here for the past couple of years, but I felt very compelled to leave a positive review after ordering a custom cake for my birthday! I was able to place the order within a week from the pickup date (every other place i have ordered a custom cake from has needed at least 2 weeks) and i gave them vague instructions with a reference photo and they NAILED. IT. totally blown away by how it came out!! The cake itself was sooo delicious. Perfectly dense as vegan cakes should be, and i got a lot out of it for $50!! (smallest size lambeth design). My bf picked it up and told me how kind the staff was to him when he got there, and when he went to buy me a marshmallow rice bar, they gave it to him for free for my birthday😄Safe to say ik where im getting my cake from next year lol!!

Everything we’ve ever gotten here has been excellent. Prices are reasonable, staff are friendly and helpful. Dubai chocolate pie is one of the best desserts I’ve ever eaten in my life!

We loved everything about this bakery. I brought baked goods to my mom's house where not everyone is vegan but no one even noticed. A few favorites were the savory imposibelito, cinnamon roll, rose pistachio cake and smores bar but seriously, everything here is good. Also, you can see into the kitchen from the counter and it was so incredibly clean and organized.

Best vegan bakery - Edit
We tried six items and every single one was delightful. I love that the whole bakery is vegan, I've been to some that weren't. It was so nice being able to order anything I wanted. The selection is impressive too, other bakeries didnt have nearly the variety as this bakery. This is a true gem. We wish Valhalla Bakery was closer to where we live and we'll be back every time we're in the area!

Great vegan bakery with savory and sweet options. Their coconut cream pie & sausage rolls are definitely some of the best things I have had. Staff is always friendly, options are always abundant. Their custom cakes are a staple in my household.

I would give Valhalla 100 out of 10 stars if I could. The pastries never miss. They’re always delicious, visually stunning, and fresh. I’ve also ordered multiple custom cakes from here and they’re always exactly as requested.

I have been ordering my birthday cakes from Valhalla for the past few years. They are so amazing that your non-vegan family and friends will never know the difference. Friendly staff and they have a variety of vegan baked goodies! They share their location with Dharma Southern kitchen, a great little vegan restaurant. You won't be disappointed!

Read moreWe ate them for dessert and breakfast over the next two days. Both insanely delicious! I liked both but think the chocolate was both my husband and my favorite. There are some bitter chocolate pieces on the nutella my husband was less of a fan of. I loved it as it provided a nice balance of sweet, bitter, and richness of the flaky croissant.

Ordered the pistachio rose bar and a cookie sandwich. The pistachio rose bar was the moistest dessert I've ever had. I had a non dessert loving person with me, and sadly he ate half. And I've never seen him eat cake. I'll be dreaming about that frosting. I haven't tried the cookie sandwich yet, supposed to be for later, but doubt It'll even make it to the hotel before it's also devoured.

Read morei was there about 6 times over the course of 3 days and was able to try quite a few baked goods as well as establish some favorites. i’ve had positive interactions with those working every time i’ve been there.
first of all, the cinnamon rolls are heavenly- totally a must-try. the ones i had were never dry and were perfectly frosted. the key lime pie is also worth a try; i haven’t had a key lime pie in so so long and this one tasted amazing! the cheesecake bar was also well-textured and flavored, and i loved the two slices of cake they had out during the week i was visiting (vanilla berry and a chocolate chip cookie dough). the cake was moist and not overly frosted. neither was overly sweet and i was happy with the cake:frosting ratio.
i’d really recommend giving this bakery a try, they are definitely a new favorite of mine! 🫶
Pros: variety of baked goods, key lime pie , delicious but not overwhelming flavors
