they put shrimp in veggie dishes without warning - Edit
they do not pay attention to order accuracy, so you might get meat or something else without warning. I was going here for a while because it's the only non fast food open late, but their error rate on orders is about 15 to 20%.
Read moreOn one particular occasion I ordered the veggie fresh spring rolls. Got home. It had shrimp in it. Went back to switch out order. Got home. The second order had shrimp in it. Called back and the guy gave me a "credit" that never actually appeared on my "account" - if that even exists. Bottom line someone with a serious allergy could die. And they've messed up many many orders - finally hit my last straw tonight when I sent back something and they came back out after clearly just picking out the offending food item and not remaking.
Pros: open late
Cons: will put fish in veggie orders, make a lot of order accuracy errors, just pick out items when sent back, not remake

some of the best thai food in inland north county!! i had the panang curry and drunken noodles (both with mock meat) and they were incredible

Fast af service & it's super fast AND they have a whole Vegan Menu! - Edit
I got the Panang with fried tofu and the appetizer platter and they were delicious! Here I am writing this in bed, at midnight enjoying the delicious leftovers. Worth visiting if you're in the area and love cozy spice 🌶️🤍🥟

I'm a travel nurse and I literally selected my apartment near this restaurant it's that good. The staff seems to be educated on the vegetarian and vegan options.

Our experience with Urban Thai was positive from beginning to end. The gentleman that answered the phone was knowledgeable & very helpful. He made delicious recommendations. He understood that I was ordering from the vegan menu ~ yet clarified if I wanted egg in the PadThai & Fried Rice. I’m glad he asked!
