Beautiful space but was given cows milk insted of oat & very overpriced - Edit

Beautiful space but bad experience & very overpriced, next time I will go a few metres farther to Lilith!

Ordered a normal/medium sized cafe latte (koffie verkeerd) with oat and caramel. Received a small glass cup of coffee with cows milk. I’m lactose intolerant, hence the oat. After a sip I asked the server if its oat, they took the cup back because they “weren’t sure”

They then came back with a different tasting drink; I know what Oatly tastes like. No apologies or acknowledgement of the mistake

I was charged €5,- for this. Only after complaining they apologised, but not without mentioning that they “fixed it with a new drink” afterwards, and it was their colleagues fault

I understand making a mistake. Next time own it, apologise and maybe fix it with a goodwill gesture instead of charging me €5 for a belly ache

Never coming back here!

Nice atmosphere, good cook - Edit

I had a pumpkin lentilburger with date-tamarind-chutney and caramelized onions. Original combination of ingredients, very tasty.
I liked the vibe of the place. They have several homemade drinks as well
