Ambitious menu!

Unwind offers one of the most ambitious food cart menu's I've ever seen. Menu seems seasonal and revamped on each visit and everything has been either really good or really interesting. I honestly wish they had a brick and mortar since I think their food would translate a bit better but thankful they're there!

Cozy hand made pasta

Great smaller portions of hand made pastas and other delights; good for sharing. Menu can change so don't wait too long to try everything! Had the tortellini and gnocchi, both were fantastic. Seating is shared with Company bar.

You've got to go give these people your money!

Affordable! Delicious! Quick!
It's rich and healthy and filling and all the things that you would want from a place that is vegan. Instead of being super fattening and heavy, it's enriching and amazing!

Unbelievable, best fresh pasta I’ve had in PDX

I’m from the north east and Italian American so it can be a little hard to find good pasta that compares to what I grew up with… and then try to find it as a vegan on top of that. Unwind is fantastic. Hands down the best Cavatelli I’ve had in Portland and the Agnolotti is excellent. We will be back soon!

Delicious!

I got the gnocchi and my goodness was it good. Tasty and fast! Definitely want to come back and try more of their menu.

Only issue is I felt the portion was small for the cost.

Pros: fast , Tasty

Cons: Small portions

High quality and delicious

The food here is super high quality. My partner and I split the cheese plate, a pasta, and some garlic bread - all excellent pairings with the drinks at Company. What we had was filling and satisfying.

Yes, the pasta is expensive and you don’t get a heaping plate of it but we learned that the owner (who I believe is also the owner and head cheese-maker at Vtopian cheese) makes the pasta themselves along with the cheeses used in there dishes. The cheese plate we had also featured some pickled veg and I wouldn’t be surprised if those were house made too! Overall, would recommend. I think this place (in combination with Company) would be great as a little date spot.

Pros: Excellent food, Excellent service, Owner is very friendly and is a great person

Tortelli Didn't Fill My Belly

I ordered the Tortelli, which is pasta with ricotta, Meyer lemon, and fennel pollen. I enjoyed it, but it was not enough for a meal. It was also awkward to eat due to the seating situation. Because Company is a wine bar, the short tables work well for drinks, but not eating. Unwind's food prices and presentation suggest a nice restaurant, but you still only get a food cart experience.

Pros: all vegan, reusable plates and utensils

Cons: expensive, small portions
