The vegan Cesar salad had plenty of protein and was quite filling. The large portion size left me with plenty of food.

Dressings they have a vegan Caesar dressing or olive oil, lemons, limes and vinegar.
Pros: Delicious tofu, Different base and topping options, Different alternative dressings

This place is in Florida mall. I'm not a salad person at all (hate them) but the vegan ceasar with the vegan dressing and falafel is just phenomenal

The best salad I’ve ever had! - Edit
I’ve been vegan for 11 years, and I detest salads. However, this place is amazing. It’s all due to their vegan dressing. I would drink it! They have great, fresh options like falafel, sesame seeds, black olives, cucumbers…It’s a huge portion but so good, I still eat it the next day all soggy. Don’t care. Delicious.

This place is great if you’re looking for a healthy option in the mall. It’s a straight forward service where they prepare the salad in front of you and you choose the toppings and dressing. Nice range of options.

This is a great choice if you're vegan and at the Florida Mall. I attended a three-day conference in the attached hotel and was thrilled to find this gem of a restaurant. They offer a great salad made with your choice of ingredients. I got greens (tons of choices), black beans, strawberries, & broccoli with balsamic dressing (although I believe the dressing contained oil but was so excited to find this place I forgot to ask). I got a "half and half" plate: 1/2 salad and the other half was steamed brown rice with tofu. It was great. The other restaurants in the food court are less expensive by $2-5 and have vegan options but the food is drenched in oil and salt. For me, the extra money was well worth it. The entire dish cost only $11. For the mall, I thought that was a great price based on the quality of the food.
