Delicious and welcoming - Edit
Delicious vegan ramen. About 7 seats at a counter with machine outside to order. Owner/chef extremely helpful and welcoming to two Irish people - first time in Japan so struggling to understand the ordering machine a little! Food was so delicious and we watched the chef while he worked. Highly recommended! 🤗

Cute little Noodle shop - Edit
Ordering from a machine outside felt like a true Japan experience. Make sure you have cash or enough balance on your IC card (the one used for subway) tho. And the Miso ramen was top notch.

Tastiest ramen in Tokyo - Edit
This place is run by one guy who does the most incredible ramen. You have the option of a soy milk, miso or soy sauce base - each with their own ingredients and all vegan based. You can add extras including eggs for the non-vegans, extra veg, extra soy pieces etc.
Read moreThere is also another noodle dish available (apologies for not knowing the name). You order from the machine outside (the guy very kindly helped me the first time and recommended the soy milk with an egg added). It was so tasty that I came back the next day. And then also another 2 times!
Ive had each ramen and they are all so incredibly delicious! Its also extremely reasonable pricing. I cant recommend this place enough and shout out to the guy who runs it.
Pros: Delicious ramen, Incredibly low price, Run by a very humble and kind guy!

Fantastic veggie/vegan ramen - Edit
This place was amazing, had 4 different vegan ramen bases with the option to customise. Food made fresh in front of you which was a great experience. I had the soy milk ramen and loved it so far, would recommend.
Read moreNote you have to order on a machine outside, but the chef came out to translate into English which was helpful.
Note only 7 seats - we were lucky and managed to sit straight away but there was a queue when we left. Deffo worth waiting for tho, as service is quick and it seemed like people didn't have to wait long

Great soup - Edit
The food is very good. The owner/chef is attentive and kind, but not overbearing. The kind of place you can casually eat great food and hardly be noticed. Depending on your day/week/personality type, that could be very appealing.

Sort of stumbled across here - the guy running the restaurant was incredibly helpful (you order via the vending machine outside and take your tickets to him inside) and was able to talk us through all vegan options available.

Amazing vegan ramen - Edit
Amazing choice of ramen, all vegan. Can add eggs etc if you want too. Typing as I eat to make sure I remember to recommend this. I had brilliant soy meat ramen which was a serious contender for best ramen I’ve had in Japan, my wife had the soy milk ramen which was even better. We went early evening on a weekday and had no wait. Owner speaks excellent English and is incredibly helpful and nice. Huge recommend.

Superb ramen near Tokyo Done - Edit
Tsukemen Zuppa is one of those hole-in-the-wall places with a single bench table that you see salarymen frequenting in J-dramas. And just like in the dramas, it's a place that earns customers' loyalty by being superb at what it does.
Read moreThe helpful chef, whose English is excellent, recommended the soy meat miso and the creamy soy milk broth, so we bought meal tickets for both at the machine outside. Watching him prepare them was part of the fun, with the bursts of flame as he flash fries ingredients and the many ramen cages bubbling away.
The dishes themselves were everything you could want from ramen: noodles that remain perfectly firm as you eat; fresh and crunchy vegetable toppings; and rich vegan broth full of umami. The miso is a great choice for lovers of savoury ramen, while the soy milk version perfectly marries a creamy and sweet broth with a sharp burst of chilli oil.
If you're near the Tokyo Dome, this place is well worth the 10 minute walk. I'd go again in a heartbeat.

Best plant based ramen in Tokyo - Edit
After spending a month in Japan I say their soy milk ramen was the best I had. Broth was creamy and not too sweet and tasted great with the veggies in the ramen. Noodles had the perfect texture. The broth was so delicious I wanted to enjoy every drop of it and ordered some extra noodles to finish it. Portions were fair for the price and quality.
Read moreThis will be the number one spot I'll recommend for ramen in Tokyo. It's super close to Tokyo Dome too. Owner is nice and speaks English, will help you out in the machine in case you have difficulties.

Amazing - Edit
The soy milk ramen was perfect. Small seating area so you might have to wait. I sat next to a couple who aren’t vegetarian or vegan and they absolutely loved the ramen as well. Friendly owner!

Loved! - Edit
We loved the soy milk ramen, ordered extra soy meat for both of our dishes and the meal was still not expensive. You use the machine outside but the owner is helpful and comes to the window to explain and ask if you’re vegan or veg. Im so happy that we decided to pop in for dinner!

you have to order on the machine but the owner will help you. there are 7 seats but we were alone. i was disappointed to hear the tsukemen is "sold out" even though they only opened a few hours prior and so that was kind of weird.
Read morethe soy milk ramen is good, the miso one is a bit too strong. they all lack ingredients like protein and vegetables so really nothing special
