Health-forward western takeaway

It could be due to cultural differences, but counter staff person (Sharon) seemed to be an indifferent as we approached the counter.

Pros: Interesting Menu Options, Strong English Menu

Cons: Expensive

Unfriendly service, food arrived cold

The food was fine but not worth the amount it cost. The pizza was small and was cold. The lady at the counter was so unfriendly: I tried to check something was vegan and she responded sharply “everything is vegan and vegetarian”, I clarified saying it needed to just be vegan, and she brushed me off.
I later asked to buy water and she again sharply said “we don’t do that here”

When the food arrived cold, I didn’t feel I could go back and ask to have my food heated.

Cons: Rude service , Cold food, Overpriced

Pricey, but good

I had the banyan wrap with eggplant and hummus. It was good, but I made the mistake of choosing a small wrap.
Instead, I chose a menu with sweet potato fries and salad, which was fine, but not fantastic.

The venue is nice, in a basement. Pretty hipster-ish.

Quick and easy lunch

We stopped by this location to grab a quick lunch and it was good. The combo meal deal is worth it as you can add a side of sweet potato friend and a drink

Overpriced but worth it!

Went here twice during my short time in Hongkong. Even though it’s overpriced, the food (& especially the sauces) are delicious and a healthy, veggie alternative which in my experience are not always easy to find in the city.

Pros: Fresh food, Relatively easy to find, Fast service

Cons: Expensive

Cute and hippie

A basement resto/cafe in a trendy food court. Lots of options, from burger, to salad, to soup.

Pros: Combo deals, Fresh flavours, Large portions

Cons: Portions are huge, Cold in winter, Pricey

Healthy options, slightly overpriced, Google maps directions can be misleading.

Treehouse has a small stall in the basement of Chungking Mansion. Once you reach Nathan Road, you need to take the escalator down where you see an “H Health” sign (on the left) instead of going through the main entrance of Chungking / Cke shopping mall.

Treehouse sells flatbread wraps and salad bowls. A variety of vegetarian and vegan options. I personally enjoy the banyan and orchid wraps. Although slightly more expensive, as a customer, you do have the flexibility to make your own wrap / salad bowl with regular and premium toppings.

The large flatbread wraps are quite filling but still healthy. When I come with a friend, then one of us upgrades to a combo to get the delicious sweet potato fries and a drink.

Friendly staff. About 10 mins waiting time. There are plenty of seats and tables in the basement. It’s clean and air conditioned.

Worth a visit.

Pros: Healthy options, Flexbility to make your own wrap or salad bowl, Basement food court is clean and not crowded

Cons: Google maps directions can be misleading

Not bad

Large choice of ingredients and everything is customizable. Sauces are quite bland though and some options can be quite oily. I like to create my own salad or wrap for best results. My fave ingredients for a wrap are: cabbage, falafel, roasted mushrooms, pickled red onion, pickled cucumber, carrot with miso, cashew or pesto sauce.

Disappointing first visit

The TST branch opening hours were listed wrong, so had to wait 30 minutes for them to “open”. I really wanted a burger, but no burger buns in stock so was offered a wrap instead.

Too expensive given its location.

Cards or cash accepted

Cons: Price

Worth a visit for western style cuisine

The food was fresh, tasty and timely(less than 10 minutes). The staff were friendly and they had some good options on the menu. I had the reef burger which was good to bite into but lacked that definitive showstopping taste. My wife had a salad bowl which was great. Definitely worth a visit if struggling for food options or want some more familiar food with a twist.

Perfect lunch

I loved this spot so much I went twice. It’s a great quick tasty lunch spot with a variety of burgers, bowls, and wraps all filled with veggies, falafel, and vegan meat. The staff were SO sweet and chatty, I actually looked forward to saying hi again! I had the signature bowl with potato wedges one meal and the avocado wrap with mushroom soup the next. Everything was amazing and full of healthy flavors. Highly recommend.

Pros: All vegan! , Very kind staff, Huge variety

Location downstairs in the middle

About half way along to the right then half way along again on the right
Took me a few laps to find it

There's plenty of seats, yes it's a food court, and there's toilets

Very good service, you get a buzzer, she said about 10 mins as they are busy...was only about 6 mins

Please note, they do serve egg and haloumi, but everything else is vegan

And consistent with most vegan places I find, they are out of most desserts/sweets, only had the macadamia cookie.

I got the tree house platter, it was well big enough for 2 or 3 people. It was delicious!

And the cookie was thick but not hard, just how I like it

Very very good!

Good for a quick bite

Just ate here and had a pumpkin soup and the Musella bowl with tofu, green beans, shrooms, pickles, served with miso sauce. Food was decent and well portioned. The seating could be better though... It's basically a mini food court with hard metal chairs and tables, unless you can score one of the recessed seats that are cushioned and comfier.

Pros: quick and easy, healthy, portions

Cons: seating
