We ordered for 8 people per phone and then picked up the food 30 min later. Everyone, including the omnivores liked it. We had Schnitzel, gyros, fries, burger and mousse au chocolate. While the omnivores enjoyed the mousse, I have to say I found it much too sweet and the portion too big, this may be as I myself make the best and easiest mousse au chocolate.

Read moreThe first time the vegan gyros was completely burned and hard, the other time me and my friend already waited 40 minutes for our food, after asking when it would be ready they said it still needs 20 minutes. Service is horrible and the food too. I don’t get why they have so many positive reviews.

It's rather cheap compared to other places in Cologne.
Great beer.

As the previous review states: You need to know what to expect from this place! It is a very left-wing pub, as indicated by hundreds, or rather thousands of stickers adorning the premises. It is down to earth, the music is rather loud, the service friendly, but no-nonsense. The food is simple and most of it is nothing special, but it is cheap and the prices are very small. All in all, you come here for the experience and the atmosphere, and the basic meals are a part of it.
Read moreMy husband chose the chili cheese fries and really loved them. He also had a salad which was very fresh. I had the antipasti which were nice as well, plus the spring rolls, which were those that you can buy in the supermarket.
We ordered so much because the prices were so small that we expected small portions, but it would have been enough to order just one dish for each of us. We simply didn‘t know that the portions were so big!

Früher war das Trash wohl eher eine Kneipe, mittlerweile steht wohl das Essen im Mittelpunkt. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an vegan comfort food. Das komplette Menü ist vegan, die Atmosphäre ist wie in einer Studentenkneipen. Werde hier auf jeden Fall wieder hinkommen!
