Vegan rojak!

It was a pleasant surprise to find the stall selling vegan rojak, a Singapore local dish typically comprising of mixed fruits pineapple, vegetable, dough fritters (youtiao) and prawn sauce. This stall managed to veganised the sauce and they make the youtiao from scratch (: like how the youtiao tastes doughly

Great snacks

I needed a snack before dinner and spoke with the owner, who confirmed there were no eggs or dairy in and of the food .I opted for the deep fried banana balls, 1 of my 5 a day!

They made me very happy.
