Really good food

We were the only ones eating. I ordered the vegan tacos and thr vegan casado. Both really good as was the passion fruit drink. Fabiola our server was brilliant. Also had the guacamole and chips but they were OK.

Pros: The vegan options clearly labelled, Good service, Good flavour profiles

Great food and service

The Arroz Jardinero was delicious. It comes with salad and rice mixed with about 8 different vegetables. Ask for no cilantro if you are a cilantrophobe. The service was quick and efficient.

Poor service and unpleasant staff

During our stay, the staff was very unwilling to accommodate to a vegan meal. There is a vegan burrito but we wanted to try the salads and asked If it was possible to remove an ingredient, cheese, and just replace it with mushrooms or plantains. Unfortunately, it wasn't and all seemed very difficult. Staff was also not kind at all, so we tried the restaurant at the top of the road, Thomas and Tiago and it was really good

Greetings,
We respect all opinions as they are personal and do not reflect the views of all our clients. Being vegetarian or vegan should not mean exceeding limits or expecting special treatment beyond that of any other guest. Our menu includes both vegan and vegetarian options. It’s simple — one cannot visit a place expecting the dishes, which have already been costed and designed, to be altered just to please a single individual. We are happy to offer add-ons, which are charged separately.

The menu clearly lists the ingredients. You had the opportunity to ask questions, and if your requests were not accepted, you were not obligated to stay. That has nothing to do with the quality of service. Service does not mean saying “yes” to everything a customer wants.

We hope one day you can have your own restaurant and manage individual changes for every guest as you see fit.
If you are a customer with similar expectations, we kindly suggest visiting the restaurant mentioned by Thomas and Thiago — they are good neighbors and offer excellent options. However, in our case, we are unable to make individual changes for every client. We offer a diverse menu with choices for all types of people.
