Tort To Have Gone Elsewhere - Edit
If you’re looking for authentic Mexican cuisine, you are squarely in the wrong place. The company itself makes no bones about this fact, choosing to be inspired by Latin flavours and then incorporating heavy Californian influences. Previously, when I have dined at other outlets within this chain, I have had predominantly positive experiences - never mind-blowing, but satisfactory enough. This time was very different. Lacking in all areas, the entire order just about managed to claw its way to mediocre.

There was little to no improvement when it came to the bowls. Neither was discernible from the other, seasoning was once again an issue, and I waited forlornly for any real flavour to introduce itself as I dug deeper, yet it never made an appearance. For brevity’s sake (I know, I should probably do this more) - the burrito was exactly the same level of average.
In an attempt to muster up something mildly positive, I will say that the nachos were pretty good. However, I must once more swiftly return to the negative for the guacamole. Literally a bitter as a disappointment due to its slightly acrid tang, it felt almost synthetic - peculiar to say the least.
On this rather lacklustre showing, I can’t say that I’ll be chancing a repeat performance in the near future, if ever again.

Decent burritos, bowls and tacos - Edit
There's a vegan chilli made that's apparently made from tempeh but it didn't taste like tempeh to me, it was quite spongy and chewy. In any case, the food was decent and you can choose your fillings!
