Tasty food and great live music - Edit
Bar with vegan menu and live music/events. Indoor area with pinball machines and seating. Outdoor covered patio with tables. There are two bars, one inside and one outside you can order at. Small parking lot, with street parking available.
Read moreWent on a Thursday night with live music, there was no cover charge. Got there around 6:30 pm, and got one of the last tables outside (show started at 6pm). Was basically empty inside. Both bands that played were very good. The night we went had some country, bluegrass, and surf rock. Lots of people dancing which was very fun to watch and join. Seemed like there are a lot of regulars from the neighborhood that go here. The crowd was on the older side, most people seemed to be 40-60s. There were also some kids earlier in the evening.
Dedicated vegan menu with typical bar food - apps, salads, burgers, sandwiches, tacos. The menu says they have a dedicated vegan fryer as well. We got the nachos, corndog, and fries. Huge serving size for the nachos, it filled a half sheet pan, the cheese sauce was tasty. Corndog used a lightlife type sausage and not a Beyond dog as advertised, it was still tasty and juicy. Fries were very good and crispy. The drink special of the night "Two Beers in Texas" was also tasty.
Pros: Dedicated vegan menu, Great live music and dancing
Cons: Out of the way if you don't live in south Seattle, A bit crowded outside

Very rich vegan menu - Edit
I've been wanting to try and eat here for some time now. We had a friend (not vegan) visiting from Europe who wanted to try American food, so we decided to bring him here. The vegan menu has so many options!
Read moreWe decided to sit outside. Despite the weather being not that good, the tables are covered, and there's heating available, so it was pretty nice.
Good service and ambient, and good food too. Among the things that I ordered the corn dog was my favorite.
I tried ordering the vegan cobbler, but they said that they are renovating the dessert menu, so unfortunately, no dessert available at the moment.

It’s kinda awkward getting takeout during shows, but the gruff door person will let you in w/out paying a cover as long as you’re getting it to go. Fun fact: the owner used to do catering for musicians performing at the Climate Change Arena (inc. Billie Eilish + Paul McCartney) + that’s why he offers a full vegan menu w/a dedicated fryer at Tim’s. Rad.
Read moreUnfortunately, my experience was a rollercoaster ride. I thought the corndog looked overcooked + the potato salad looked undercooked, but they both turned out to be terrific. The chicken cheesy fajita taco was nicely wrapped in foil for takeout, but they forgot the chicken?! $7 taco, damn. My partner kept reminiscing about the corndog we split, so we decided to try again. The Mediterranean salad was decent, but they forgot the crostini, smh. Even worse, the sweet potato fries were burnt to a crisp. I’m out.

Amazingly decadent vegan options along with live entertainment! - Edit
Had a lovely time Monday evening meeting up with established and new friends at Tim's Tavern in the White Center area of Seattle.

For Monday evening, we were treated to an eight round game of Trivia, with a very lively and energetic emcee, pitted against other tables/teams present at the restaurant. Did we win? Well, let me put it this way ... there were no losers as everyone walked away with a parting prize, I chose the Muppets "Animal" themed socks and my wife, "Corpse Bride".
Their vegan menu is top notch, there's enough variety and decadence to rival that of any vegan menu regardless of the type of establishment. Perusing through the menu you'll find appetizers, burgers, sandwiches and hot dogs, tacos, salads, and sides. The food we tried was amazing. The Fried Cauliflower had a crispy exterior coating contrasted with a soft texture for the actual vegetable which combined, between the flavor and texture made for a delectable bite! The BBQ Pulled Shroom came with a refreshing side salad and the sandwich itself, between the tanginess of the sauce and pulled mushroom texture, truly astounding. I could go on and on but every dish we tried was equally as amazing in person as they are mouth watering and drool worthy in the pictures.

Loved Tim's since their Greenwood days; had to check out new spot! Loving the new "herbivore" menu. It's extensive w/ a lil something for everyone. Had nachos, loaded tots, Seattle dog. Cheese sauce is spot on! Tots perfectly cooked! Hot dog might be NotCo, which is damn tasty 😋 great flavors to the toppings on everything. 10/10 would recommend if you need comfort food on your bar crawl. Hoping the patio gets expanded soon!

This place is an absolute gem. It has an ENTIRE vegan menu, just as extensive as the omnivore menu. Actual hearty salads (not just a lame green salad), as well as tacos, burgers (Beyond, which I don't like because it's too realistic), sandwiches, cauliflower wings, tots, nachos, etc.
