Really good food here - Edit
I thought that since the name of the restaurant is so simple that maybe the food would be simple as well. But it turned out to be absolutely delicious. The meal of the day in July 2025 costs 19.500 pesos and today came with a bowl of soup, a small dessert, a juice drink, and the main plate with four different items. All of it was good and the service was friendly. I'm sorry that I didn't come here before! They also have a cell phone number with WhatsApp so you can send them a message and they'll let you know what the meal of the day is 57 312 4690967. The place is very busy so I recommend arriving before 1:00 p.m. or after 1:45 to quickly get a table. They accept credit cards with no extra fee.

We had the menu Del dia which came with a bean soup, salad, roasted vegetables, rice and a crispy quinoa patty. It also comes with juice, a little pineapple and raspberry desert and then tea or coffee. Amazing value and this was some of the best food we had in Medellin, and staff are so friendly.

Fui a almorzar y pedí el menú del día, el cual me costó 18.000 COP. El seco consistía en arroz integral, ensalada, vegetales horneados y tortas de garbanzos. De sopa habían tres opciones: frijoles verdes, sopa de cebada o crema de cebolla. Para tomar se podía elegir entre jugo de guayaba, leche de soya o guandolo. Supongo que todos los días manejan diferentes opciones para elegir. La comida estaba muy deliciosa y las porciones estaban bien. La atención fue muy rápida, en menos de 10 min ya me habían entregado mi plato. También venden productos para llevar y tortas, de las cuales hay varias opciones veganas. Probé la de zanahoria y estaba muy rica.

Food tastes amazing. Soup is very flavorful. Meet substitute is very creative. Even the little side of salad has great flavor. And the drinks(juices) all come without sugar. Automatically!

Plato del día still good but not so amazing like last time. Highly recommend the pastel(empanada) though with their house made hot Sauce that may be the best chunky salsa I’ve ever had. Gave a complimentary té aromático that was also very good.
This second time though I wish I had eaten at Lenteja Express, the next block down…where I went for v ice cream.

Big variety of dishes, very fast delivery on site, delicious meals (also cheap for it's price), they sell products too like tofu, chorivegano, chocolate... Overall very good option.

This has been my favorite in Medellin, and I will return again during my stay. Very busy at lunch with locals... the best sign! The service is very quick, we each had the menu of the day. On that day we each picked a soup, the main (rice, salad,beans, sauce and on that day was fritters) chose a drink and had the dessert. Everything was great and very affordable. No wonder it's so busy with locals

Very authentic Colombian restaurant - Edit
We enjoyed our experience at this vegetarian restaurant. Not sure if it was totally vegan but maybe! We had the Plato of the day which was vegetable soup, then a main of lentils, rice, beans, fried eggplant, grilled banana and salad. And a little dessert of a fruit mousse.

The restaurant was packed and a small group of musicians was playing inside when we arrived. A great experience! They have a la carte also.
