Delicious dry noodles - Edit
Only one vegan option which is the dry noodle bowl, which wasn’t dry at all. The noodles were covered in an umami but sweetish tamarind sauce with loads of salads and mint. The sweetness can be nicely balanced with either the lime or the garlic chilli vinegar provided. Overall a light and fresh meal.
