Black Bean Burgers 🤷♀️ - Edit
Rock and roll themed burger joint with multiple vegan options. Get one of the burgers, skip the black bean burger salad. It’s just a smashed patty on spinach with a hint of tomato and cucumber. Underwhelming. The black bean burger is more substantial and flavorful.

Vegan Milkshakes - Edit
Love that almost all of the milkshakes can be made vegan! Only 3 sandwich options, but food is good. Wish I would have known the chips are GRIPPO’s and not homemade, would have been better to upgrade to fries.

They have very good vegan options but there was a dude that was working (Terry) who found a friend of mine very attractive and gave her his number. That would have been fine if he left it at that, but he unfortunately did not. After she expressed she had a boyfriend and that she would “think about it” dude kept pushing and pushing and pushing to the point where we had to bail out before we could finish our dinner.

Vegan burger AND shake! - Edit
Explicit vegan menu with creative and delicious options. I was so thrilled to see that their shakes could be made vegan too! I had the Buns N’ Roses burger and the Oreo Speedwagon Shake. The burger was tasty; but even though I added the cashew cheese, I couldn’t really taste it. Checked to see that it was there and it was, it just wasn’t a very powerful taste or maybe I didn’t have enough. The shake was 100% awesome though! Definitely going back next time I’m in town! I want to try some of the other vegan options!

Vegan Options with a side of Classic Rock - Edit
Funky Northside restaurant with a fun theme.... There are options for vegans, including shakes and “burgers.” I had “When Buns Cry” and my daughter had “Buns and Roses” with a vegan Oreo shake. Loved that the person waiting on us double checked as to whether or not we wanted vegan cheese etc. The theme of the restaurant is an ode to 60s-80s rock bands.

Food was alright. I ordered online. 30 minutes plus later went to pick my food up. Apparently somebody "took my order". Ok. They remade it. When I got home I was missing my pasta. I'm a Vegan so I ordered the build your own burger and customized to my diet. I tasted what tasted like a Beef bit in my food which made me think. Do you cook your vegan burgers on the same grill you cook your beef burgers.

Vegan Milkshakes! - Edit
The vegan milkshakes are so yummy! Check with the server which ones they can make vegan. Last time I was there they could make any vegan except the James Brown because their brownie batter has eggs in it. Hopefully, that will change in the future. Staff seems knowledgeable on vegan items.

Delicious Vegan Black Bean Burger - Edit
First time here. My boyfriend and I got the Buns and Roses Vegan Burger (which came with regular salad and pasta salad. The regular salad was TO DIE FOR) and the Flan Halen and Oreo Speedwagen Vegan milkshakes. Their house made black bean burgers are wonderful! The shakes are delicious, I just wish it was made with Almond milk instead of coconut milk, only because the coconut milk is a little too strong in a milkshake. Would definitely go here again.

Yummy vegan burger, hot dog and Oreo shake - Edit
We chanced upon this place and were thrilled at the variety and quality of vegan fare, including a fantastic bean burger with a delicious bun and all the fixin's, a decked-out hot dog (minus the cheese) on a vegan pretzel bun, and an incredible Oreo milkshake. Score! (Now if they'd just veganize the Grateful Shred sandwich.)

I ordered a strawberry vegan milkshake ("Flan Halen") and the Black Bean Sabbath salad, and it was good. The salad was huge (like a literal salad bowl of salad). It was really heavy on the spinach; I would have liked more variety in it. The milkshake was very good and tasted just like the milkshakes I used to eat pre-veg, although my family said it tasted too much like coconut. My brother said it was good, too. My dad liked all the references to classic rock bands.

Casual atmosphere and good food. Coleslaw was a bit spicy, too spicy for some people in my group. My only complaint is that i did not see anything that says it was spicy. Will definitely be back in the near future.
