Staff had good knowledge of what drinks are vegan and the menu is clearly labelled.

Unique cocktails - Edit
Super friendly informative staff. Vegan options are clearly marked, anything just using egg, they can replace with foaming bitters. The cocktails are really unique and special, amazing flavours and creative presentation. Expensive but an experience not to be missed in Manchester!
