The ambiance is relaxed and home-y, the food is whole food vegan so healthy and great quality, it’s super tasty and made with love. I look forward to visiting again when I’m in Casco Viejo!

Yummy vegan dinner - Edit
Just enjoyed dinner here tonight with hubby and toddlers. They have an all day breakfast menu, smoothies, bowls, burgers, and desserts. Tonight's options for dessert were peanut butter chocolate pie or peanut butter energy balls, so we tried the pie (really good!/chilled). We also tried the pink drink (loved this, not too sweet and toddlers devoured it), lentil burger(comes with fries and 3 sliders. This was awesome but the vegan chipotle mayo sauce is likely too spicy for a toddler but perfect for adults!), Breakfast burrito (filled with tofu, pesto sauce, rice, beans, etc and was a huge hit with the toddlers too. The same vegan chipotle mayo sauce comes on the side so adults can enjoy it!). We also had avocado toast which one toddler did not like the tahini sauce drizzle on top and the other toddler devoured it 😂. Service was wonderful and our bill was $50 USD FYI.

I was a HAPPY COW in Panama - Edit
Increíble filling. The simple flavors mixed beautifully in the classic slider with avocado added truly hit the spot. The Health Freak beverage topped off the full effect tastefully. And for dessert to go, I have decided to allow the Panamanian staff personally select how to remember this journey between rice pudding or chocolate peanut butter pie. And because it was so difficult to choose between each one, I decided to collect both so each evening is filled.

Veggie burgers best - Edit
This review is so it won’t happen to you - I didn’t know - I felt so lame after ordering the wrong thing - and I could have had one of those veg burgers - EvERYONE else in the packed place was having - all the guests were singing praises and there I was - with my simple bowl feeling so disappointed ! So if you go get the veg burger or sandwiches for lunch !

The food here is fresh, balanced, and healthier than most places (including the gluten free waffle). Although a little on the pricey side, the portions were reasonable too, oh, and the bread on the tofu plate is incredible!

I had a great sandwich with the chickpea mix patty. The watermelon lemonade was also delicious and refreshing. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Prices are a little up there but I think on par for the area and for what you get.

The place is nice and cozy, in the heart of Casco Viejo, and as of today the only 100% vegan place in this part of the city. I visited a few times and had: 2 bowls, the avocado toast, the scramble tofu breakfast dish, and a sandwich to take out. Overall, the food is good and tasty, but it is not mind-blowing, and unfortunately too pricey.
Read moreThe overcharge is not justified, for instance, by using extremely rare ingredients, or by the size of the dish. The same papaya smoothie you will find everywhere in the Casco Viejo at 4$, here it is smaller and costs 5$, and so forth. I had very few veggies in the noodles with peanut sauce bowl and only 4 tofu cubes (1 cm3 each). The dish was basically just noodles for around 13/14 dollars (+17% in taxes and tips).
I want to support vegan businesses, but I dislike when they seem more interested in being a place for "elites" instead of trying to offer tasty, healthy, and cruelty-free food to the majority of people.

Extensive all vegan menu to choose from. I especially love that they have breakfast all day. On one occasion I opted for the tofu scramble. The scramble itself didn't blow my mind, but the spreads were great. I found the portion a bit small, especially for the price. In a different occasion I had the om noodle bowl. While the peanut sauce was really good, I was bit disappointed about the quantity of veggies and tofu though - I really only got the 4 cubes of tofu visible on the picture.

We got the curry, air fried potatoes, and the chickpea omelette, both of which were really good and flavorful and not oily. Very friendly waitress, super casual, no alcohol but we are eating here and then going on to one of the Casco Viejo bars.

Nice friendly owner and tasty food. We had three buddha bowls, mine was Jupiter's smth, quite simple ingredient wise, but very tasty indeed. Would love more options with plant-based protein such as seitan or soymeat.
