Delicious comfort food - Edit
When I travel, I tend to do extended intermittent fasts. After fasting for more than two days, I took the train over from Copenhagen just for this, and man oh man, did it hit the spot. Delicious cauliflower wings, crispy fries that hit the spot, and a fantastic burger. And some of the best onion rings EVER.

Nice and well frequented bar, mainly for students. There are lots of great pictures on display, which you can also buy. We had the chickpea and rice stew, the cheese hotdog and the churros. The hotdog wasn't particularly cheesy and the stew could have been a little spicier. But it still was delicious, the bread with it was great and the churros also tasted great.

Great selection of vegan burgers, including unusual ones. I had a super tasty Mushy Mushy burger with mushrooms, vegan cheese and (2!) portobello mushrooms. My partner had the Philly Cheesesteak Burger, which was also very good.
Read moreFries were included as a side dish. Sweet potato fries were also available for an extra charge. Both very good too.
There is also a large selection of drinks, especially their own beer.
The place is highly recommended.

Wir hatten den cheesy Hotdog auf Kartoffelstampf. Das Essen war wirklich lecker. Die Kombination war erstmal etwas ungewohnt, hat aber sehr gut zusammengepasst. Wenn man nur ein Gericht nimmt, wird es einen vermutlich nicht unbedingt satt machen. Wahrscheinlich braucht man eher noch eine Nachspeise oder ein Nebengericht. Das Ambiente ist eher wie eine Kneipe/ein Imbiss, das Essen hingegen aber hochwertiger, als man es im ersten Moment erwarten würde. Wenn man noch nie da war, sollte man wissen, dass man vorne an der Bar bestellen muss. Das wurde uns, als wir rein kamen nicht gesagt. Statt, dass der Inhaber uns die Karten selbst bringt und uns dann sagt, dass wir zum Bestellen vorkommen müssen, wurde uns auf Schwedisch gerufen, dass die Karten vorne sind. Wir hatten ihn nicht verstanden und gebeten auf Englisch zu reden. Vermutlich hatte er das nicht wahrgenommen und rief nochmals auf Schwedisch. Wir mussten die Karten dann selbst holen. Was ja in Ordnung ist, aber das könnte man den Gästen auch am Anfang sagen, oder eben mal selbst als Gastgeber und Servicekraft die 5 Schritte machen. Dazu muss man sagen wir waren die EINZIGEN Gäste zu diesem Zeitpunkt und der Inhaber hatte nichts, gar nichts, zu tun. Fürs Essen machen war auch jemand anderes zuständig. Wenn ich ein Restaurant führen würde, würde ich mir schon die Mühe machen unwissend Gästen die Karten einfach selbst zu bringen, insbesondere, wenn gerade sowieso nichts los ist und es von sich aus zu erklären. Wirklich guten Service kenne ich einfach anders. Danach war er aber freundlich und konnte auch englisch reden. Den Anfang kann ich aber nicht verstehen, wenn man Gastfreundlich sein möchte…

Read moreThe fries was soooo good, both of them, but as burgers go I would give the portobello a 4 and the Philly a 3. It was good, but I found it a bit sloppy and the taste didn't quite fit our palette.
But with that said, I would definitely come back, I loved the vibe there, the people, the staff and everything else😊

I got the spicy burger with the soy whiskey patty. It was very, very tasty and would definitely eat again. The cheese spicy sauce was wiped clean off that plate with the fries 😉. The sweet potato fries came out crispy and hot!
Read moreThe only negative was whatever they called coleslaw 🤣 but it could be i was expecting more American or German style. Unfortunately, it was not eaten past one bite.
Also, it was a miracle that they were open on midsummer eve 🙏 (most restaurants were closed)

I got the Philly Cheese steak burger and the Texas fries. The cheese sauce and jalapenos on the fries were the perfect touch. Sometimes after a day of walking around my sad little American body that isn't used to this much movement needs some good junk food. This was perfect. It was really nice to just get a beer and a burger and relax. It seemed like a hangout spot for everyone there were a lot of people getting just beer.

The burgers where really amazing. There are also multiple options for the “meat”, we both got the soy patty which was delicious. And we also tried the loaded fries, which did not disappoint! The staff wasn’t the friendliest though.

The food was a bit to sloppy for my taste. I ordered the philly cheese steak, but got a burger instead. I waited for maybe three minutes, so I am not sure how fresh the food is.

I thought this place was great but my partner found the staff quite rude. We'd come from Copenhagen so the prices seemed very reasonable! The food was tasty but things weren't quite as the menu described, and they wouldn't give us cutlery - all a bit odd, but it was late and busy. I'd go back and try again in the day. Great it's all vegan.

Read moreSuch a nice place, I do not know if it’s something with Sweden people, for example, on trains they have silence space, on the bar it was very calm even crowded. (It’s positive). Because of that you can go just to eat and have a conversation or also go and just drink something and listen a good music. Staff 10/10, polite and helpful.
