New review after relocation to Trang Tien
The food was moderate, nicely decorated but still felt some 2% lack in taste ~
Good quality though
============
The place was nicely decorated! Western style food, we tried carot and corn burger with veggie lagsana, chocolate mousse and brown rice teapot, all were good. Some dishes in the menu contain eggs, vegans should ask in advance.

Good place! - Edit
Very nice elaborate and diverse menu. The food is pretty good too.😄some food seems more European than Vietnamese, but there is a unique diversity here.

The restaurant is located in the old quarter and even tho the street seems busy the place itself is nice and quiet, not many guests. At least at the time I visited.

Not as good as I hoped - Edit
I really wanted to like this place as the location is really convenient and they have a cute little balcony. But the staff was not very interested, and the food did not taste very good, it was a lot of cheese and not a lot of taste. I asked for a glass of water and received a glass of warm water - I would have been more than happy to pay for a cold bottle instead! I would not return here.

Looks good on paper, but the food was not. - Edit
I had the lentil sandwich. The ingredients looked good on the menu, but the taste was not good. It was very blend. And they used an old avocado, which you could tastes and that er ruined it for me. The sweet potatoes here are not the same as i know them in europe. I did not finish it, because it made me nauseous. I wouldn't go back.

So many options across different cuisines! - Edit
This place was really quiet and calm in a central location in Hanoi. To access you go through the opticians and up the stairs to your right in the middle of the shop.

Affordable & Delicious - Edit
Glad we found this place via HappyCow. The restaurant is located on the second floor of an eyewear store. Good selection of choices. We had the European Combo and Vegan Meatballs with coconut rice and both were yummy. Salad was fresh.

My go-to - Edit
I used to come here back in 2019 when it was at another location over by Beer St. I was relieved to find that it survived COVID. The new location has a bit of a random entranceway, that being through a glasses shop and upstairs! I’ve never been disappointed with a meal here. I think the prices are fair, and there are several vegan options. I’ve never seen it crowded, so the ambiance is a bit meh, but the food is delish and the staff are friendly.

REALLY BAD FOOD AND SERVICE - Edit
Unfortunately I the staff can not speak English
Read moreI order my food without spicy (and confirmed it with the waitress more than once)
The food was extremely spicy, I asked for another one and they just remove the chili from the same meal
I tried to eat, but it was impossible - too hot
Patiently, I tried to order another meal, they said it could not be done, leaving me without options besides salad
After giving up, I asked the bill and they made me pay for the food I could not eat
If you are a local, welcome
If not THERE ARE MANY OTHER VEGGIE RESTAURANTS MUCH BETTER TO TRY IN HANOI
Cons: Food extremely spicy, Staff can not speak English, Disgusting service
