Good food at great prices

Really nice to see some nice quality vegan food with pricing more along the lines of normal local spots. I had the chicken rice which I enjoyed, and I believe it was using tofu skin as the chicken substitute. Surprisingly zesty or citrusy or something flavor I wasn’t expecting but it was nice.

The snickers bar dessert is served nice and freezing cold, yet somehow the caramel is still smooth and syrupy. Soooo nice given the brutally hot weather!

Best place in hoi an

Try the snickers bar- so so nice especially after walking around in the hot weather. The cinnamon roll is good too but not as good.
The seeds burger was really good as well- just wish for a few more fries.
The chicken rice was the only thing I wasn’t big on but that’s a me thing.

Vegan Paradise

I ordered a tofu scramble, even though, that I usually don't order this in a restaurant. As my own version is pretty good, so usually, I don't like them somewhere else. But this, I have to admit, I really liked it. I also had the snickers and cinnamon roll. I had the reddy lassy drink and will definitely try to make that at home too. Overall, I am really impressed with the choices and the food taste. I didn't have that in Ho Chi Minh City. Cam only recommended to check google maps and follow down all the alley to find it.

Gutes Essen, Service schlecht

Pros: Leckeres Essen

Cons: Kaum Desserts verfügbar , Service nicht vorhanden

Came for the cinnamon roll and it was marvelous

Came for the cinnamon roll and it was marvelous. Sweet, sticky, cinnamonny, perfectly cooked dough with a big scoop of (vegan) whipped cream on top. Lovely!

Amazing desserts

Very nice menu, we had three desserts which we all can highly recommend: cheesecake, snickers and cinnamon roll.
Hibiscus tea is nice and unsweetend to have the Real flavour. Also the Red Lassi was delicious.
Might come back again for some savoury food another day :)

Also very cute little dog hiding and sleeping below the tables 😊.
Nice interior and welcoming atmosphere :).
In a side row, follow the signs until you see the Restaurant in a corner

Pros: Food, Atmosphere, Friendly staff

Amazing little hidden gem 🌱💚

The food was amazing but if you don’t come for the hot food you have to come for the snickers and the cinnamon roll. I am not a cinnamon roll kind of person and I cannot believe I would say that I had the most amazing cinnamon buns in Vietnam. I loved them. 😍

delicious

This restaurant is unfortunately a little hidden, but it's worth coming here. We opted for various sweet dishes. The brownie, snickers, bounty and all three desserts tasted delicious 😍 The cinnamon buns were freshly put in the oven when we arrived. There is also a great selection of savory dishes. Be sure to stop by.

Absolute hidden Gem 💎 ✨️

This vegan lovely little spot is amazing. The food is awesome, the menu is varied, fully vegan, and quite affordable.

They have the best cinnamon rolls we had in a long time. The smoothy bowl was also super yummy. Their fried spring rolls are also standout.

It's a bit hard to find. Best way to do it is to go to Madame Khanh and enter the really small alley accross the street. After a turn you'll see the Seeds logo and the place in a nook.

Charming vegan restaurant

I went twice in my 3 days in Hoi An. The first day I had the Cau Lau. The second day the falafel tempted me. Both were delicious. As were the hot chocolate on a cold rainy day and the brownie on any day. The family that runs it is delightful.

Vietnamese floor seating downstairs. There's an upstairs, I'm not sure what's there. The free water is a welcome touch.

Most dishes are between 35K and 85K.

Highly recommended.

A bit hard to find as others have noted. You need to enter from the street just west of Tran Cau Van where you'll see the sign on the alleyway that you need to turn on to get to the restaurant.

Pros: The atmosphere, The staff, The food

It's worth looking 4 this hidden tresure

It hasn't been easy to find it as Google sent me somewhere else but I' m glad I did stick to my resolution and continued the treasure hunt. The place is lovely like the people and the food I had ( rice with fake chicken and the beetroot brownie ) was really good. I was highly impressed by the fake chicken and the little side soup that come with the dish.

Pros: Rice with chicken, The quiet and lovely place/ decor

Such a sweet spot!

Went here for dinner and the food was incredible! My partner and I got Cau Lau noodles, regular and stir fried, fried spring rolls and mango smoothies. We also chose the snickers bar, banana bread and cinnamon scroll for dessert. Everything we had was very, very tasty.

The actual restaurant is very quaint and homely, we were seated upstairs and the lady serving us was lovely. I would highly recommend this spot!
