Great vegan options

The new edition of The Ruby on the West shore - I am very glad for another vegan-friendly option in this area of Greater Victoria. Overall the service was top-notch, the new staff is eager to hear our first impressions and make things right for us. As for the food: I am vegan and they have three vegan entrees on the menu for brunch, which is very much appreciated. Note to restaurant owners: even if only 1 of a party of 8 is vegan, they will all choose the place that has thoughtful vegan options on the menu, so everyone can have a good meal. The Ruby seems to have realized this. I had the Vegan Mexi Hash and it was delicious. The hash browns particularly are really good (others at the table also praised the hash browns).
