"vegan options? No, not really mate"

Planning a trip to Liverpool and a mate suggests meeting here.

The last Happy Cow review is more than 2 years old so I rang to find out what their vegan options were (because there is nothing listed on their own line menu) "no mate, not much, nothing really".

So, don't bother, find somewhere else...

Pros: By all accounts the beer is nice

Cons: No vegan options

Good pie, fair price

Was feeling peckish whilst out for a drink with friends so had the Pieminister ‘Kevin’. It came with regular mash, carrot and swede mash and cabbage. The veg wasn’t great but the pie was good, and it was a fair price.

Pros: Fair price, Friendly staff

Cons: , Not a massive selection of vegan food
