das Team ist um Nachhaltigkeit bemüht, beantwortet Fragen freundlich & geduldig.
auch ohne das nötige Mitgefühl für Tiere arbeitet der neue Laden für die Akzeptanz leidfreien Essens in der Gesellschaft.
mir hat der MitnehmDöner geschmeckt (Papp"Schüssel", aber PlastDeckel; statt Brot hatte ich Reis, extra Chili),

Das vegane Speisenangebot in Wiesbaden ist dürftig und oft nicht sehr schmackhaft. Der vegane Döner von The Kebap sticht da als leuchtende Ausnahme heraus. Unbedingt probieren. Familienbetrieb, alle sind sehr nett.

Very good vegan Kebap. They don't have vegan garlic sauce though, but it was tasty anyway. The place was quite busy so we had to wait a bit for our order. The price is very fair, too. Would visit again.

The shop is clean and the veggies look fresh. But tbh I was a bit disappointed of the vegan dürum. The substitute meatwas tasteless and not roasted well, the sauce also without taste, it just dripped of fat.

I found the restaurant by accident, because it has the word vegan written outside of the shop in big letters. The prices are very fair and the food was so good that I had to check twice if I didn't accidentally got meat. The staff is very friendly and the food arrived quickly. A 'Dönerladen' as it should be!

"The Kebap" is a new Kebap place that also caters for vegans. Where many Kebap places only offer falafel for vegans, "The Kebap" also has a giant Seitan-skewer. So you can get a classic doner sandwich, or durum or a doner plate, or even a doner bowl.
Read moreSo far, I have only tried the doner sandwich (it is so good that I have already had it several times...). It also comes with grilled vegetables, and I love the bread in which it is served. The seitan isn't dry at all (they warm it up in a tomato sauce) and very delicous. I fully enjoyed my meal.
Many customers are only vegetarian, so you will probably be offered a yoghurt sauce (which isn't vegan) - staff knows very well what vegan is, just make sure to mention that you want a fully vegan dish.
"The Kebap" may not be the cheapest Kebap place, but considering the quality prices are adequate.
I hope they will continue like they started, offering fresh and tasty vegan dishes!
