Very tasty - Edit
I really appreciate that the menu is entirely vegan so I didn’t have to be cautious in my choices. The first time I got food at The Joint, I had the tacos which were absolutely delicious! The next time I tried The Rachel (a Reuben-type sandwich but with “turkey”), which came with fries. The only shortcoming was that the fries were pretty limp, and I prefer crispy.
Read moreDo be aware that it is inside of the Avenue 19 food court, which was challenging for me to find as one of the entrances is within an office building next door. The second time I visited, I came from the other direction and saw that there are a few outdoor tables outside the primary entrance.
One interesting note: the different food places utilize the bar at the back of the facility for beverages, so you have many more options than the average food court. The lounge area has great seating, and they are thoughtful enough to provide hooks under the bar for handbags to be hung.
All in all, The Joint is worth the visit.
Pros: Tasty vegan options , Food made to order, Comfortable eating area

Wow wow wow! - Edit
What a delicious place! The Reuben was extremely flavourful, probably the best I've had. The Philly was incredible, easily the best Philly I've had. The reg fries were good, came with ketchup, the animal fries were incredible, I don't like truffle fries but my non vegan cousin looked them, it came with a tasty garlic sauce. The tiramisu was pretty tasty as well.

10/10 would eat again. - Edit
Cool little seating area and great food.
Read moreI actually appreciate the small menu. I doubt there’s a bad choice on there but I really enjoyed The Dip and I couldn’t resist the tiramisu.
I will certainly be back any time I’m in Colorado Springs.

Delicious rotating menu - Edit
The food here is delicious! The menu continues to rotate with new creations to try. Recently added a kale wrap that is on the healthier side. I love their brunch when they have it, it's supposed to start back this Spring.

Interesting - Edit
Not at all what I was expecting. I thought I was going to a restaurant, not a food court. The location is difficult to identify due the fact that they don't have the names of the restaurants listed on the outside. The quality is better than what was expected. But very loud music in lots of different kinds of music all at the same time. Not the relaxing atmosphere I was looking for. The food was good quality vegan food which we should have more of in town. But expensive for what it was.

Scrumptious Sammiches & Sides! - Edit
update #3: amazing sammiches! did the philly with truffle fries, reuben with no animal fries, and dip with maple miso brussels. the portions were huge, and the flavors were delightful! the philly was my favorite again along with the truffle fries and no animal fries, while my partner’s favorites were the reuben and dip along with the the maple miso brussels. in other words, a third hit for us!
Read moresecond visit update: we caught the brunch menu today! had a birria omelette and a philly omelette along with the tiramisu stuffed pancakes. the omelettes were pretty good, but we definitely prefer the sammiches. tiramisu cakes were incredible but suuuuper sweet. will def be back for sammiches!
my partner and I came to the springs for a tough mudder, and this was our first stop when we got into town last night. we couldn’t decide what to get, but we were able to narrow it down to the reuben harper with brussels sprouts, motown philly with elote fries, and cubano with truffle fries. the portion sizes were large, and the flavor profiles were outstanding! while every single selection was delicious, our favorites were the philly and the rueben, which tied for best sandwich, and the brussels and truffle fries, which tied for best side. the staff was wonderful, offering suggestions when we couldn’t decide, and checking in to make sure that everything was to our liking (it was indeed). i can’t wait for another excuse to visit the springs so we can enjoy a meal at the joint again!

I Go Here Too Much - Edit
As one of three fully vegan restaurants in the area. This has become my favorite mainly because they use real food instead of fau substitutes for their dishes.

Healthier comfort food with good flavor, though some is a bit oily - Edit
What I appreciated most about the Joint is that they make their own unprocessed "meat substitutes" from celery root and mushrooms, which is far healthier than processed faux meats. That said, there's more oil than necessary in the preparations, so two steps forward, one step back. That said, the birria tacos (made with mushrooms) were extremely tasty, and the reuben (made with celery root) was pretty good, too — though both of these were oily.
Read moreTwo improvements would be (1) using less oil and (2) eliminating single-use plastics. With those two changes, it'd earn five stars.

Impressive - Edit
It's truly impressive food, but my birria tacos were really messy to eat and oily. I would still recommend going and am planning on being back at some point!
Read moreJust an update, love this place. Go during brunch!! And the brussel sprouts from the regular menu. You can upgrade your fries for a few dollars which is more worth it than buying the order on their own. The Dip is great

Good food. Somewhat expensive. - Edit
Love that they use mushrooms and celery root for their meats instead of something faux. The shredded shiitake is very reminiscent of pulled pork texture and something we’ve never had before.

Delicious Sandwiches and Fries - Edit
Such a cool place! Beautiful “food court” setting in Avenue 19 with lots of seating. We had the Reuben and the Philly with No-Animal Fries on the side. So delicious! Very rich though, so we’ll probably do regular fries or try one of the less savory options next time to balance it out. Highly recommend!

Unique and Delicious! - Edit
I’ve come to this place a few times now and I’ve never been disappointed. Their food is really delicious and unique. I love ‘fake’ meats but I really admire this place uses vegetables as their main ingredients. Celery root, shiitake mushrooms. Really cool and delicious dishes! Always a pleasure to come back!

Lost (Literally) but Found - Edit
First the bad. There’s nothing really bad to say.
Read moreWe got lost trying to find it, not realizing it was inside of a food court.
The person that took our orders was very pleasant and offered excellent recommendations. I believe I ordered the Cubano Fx which was excellent. My wife ordered the truffle fries, and devoured them. I had a side of the no animal fries and they were also perfect. We also ordered the maple miso Brussels that was shared with others in our party that were not vegan and these were the favorite by all.
I would highly recommend this place, for both vegans and non-vegans.

BEST VEGAN SANDWICH IVE EVER HAD - Edit
The Cuban was the best vegan sandwich I’ve had in my 2.5 years of being vegan. It was so good that when I got it for lunch, I decided to order it again for dinner! Both times in one day- it was phenomenal. I could eat it everyday without getting sick of it. The no animal fries were also drool worthy!
