Loved this place. Very cozy atmosphere and delicious food. I got the vegan fish burger which came with a variety of sides, each complementing the fish in its own way.

I stopped by The Herbivore with three friends for some early dinner, where we also got items from their "Bar Menu". We all agreed that the staff are nice and service minded, but the food has potential for improvement.
Read moreWe shared a portion of "Machos nachos" for starters, and were overwhelmed by the large (and not least tasty) portion for just 25 SEK. On the other hand, the main courses were unfortunately a bit disappointing. We got the mac'n cheese and the Teriyaki Buddah Bowl respectively. The portions were quite large for the price, but there is room for improvement in the taste. The mac'n cheese lacked flavor and the seitan cubes were too big. And the Teriyaki Buddah Bowl was too salty, and could well be served in a more appetizing way.
All in all, we left with mixed feelings. I'm leaning towards 3.5 stars, but rounding up to 4 stars in my overall rating.

I had snacks with me, not expecting to find a vegan place here. I got so lucky! This is a brilliant vegan place with what looked like a fantastic drinks and cocktails menu as well as some great food options. I had the “summer salad” which I can say is one of the best dishes of food I have ever had. Fresh and delicious, packed with flavour. Salad leaves, broccoli, carrot, white and red cabbage in their pad Thai sauce, topped with rich and chewy appleglazed seitan, kimchi, watermelon, peanuts, fabulous pickled chilli mango and hempseeds, plus sesame sauce, coleslaw and edamame. An utter taste explosion! I’d book a holiday in Lund so I could eat here every day! The waitress was lovely too and I sat in an armchair, further bonus points!

This was sooo good, satisfying and delicious. We got the mac no cheese which has bits of delicious seitan in it, as well as sweet potato chunks- and now I'd love to put sweet potato in my own mac (no) cheese I make at home. The loaded fries were also soo good and worth it, with delicious toppings of pickled jalapeño, red pepper, "cheesy" sauce, vegan flavoured mayo, and scallions (plus top tier fries). I also loved that they had plenty of condiments that went perfectly with our food, including Sriracha, frank's red hot, ketchup, etc, and I loved that they served the cutlery with chopsticks as a choice. The vibes here are also great, friendly staff, cool and casual layout of the place- i can see that it's a good hangout place if you are a student at the local university

Read moreI can highly recommend the tempeh burger and chocolate cake. My husband had the teriyaki tempeh buddha bowl which was gluten free. I would have liked to order a side salad but the sides were onion rings/padron peppers/tempeh ribs (we ate them all!)

The herbivore is a restaurant where you find likeminded people, that is vegan people. The atmosphere is cute and the food nice! The prices are a bit high compared to normal prices but is worth it. The ingredients are nice and the food quality high. You definitely get what you pay for. I will come back.

Overall a nice restaurant, food is good and has plenty of variation, with no shortcuts taken. Atmosphere is chill, which can also occasionally be a negative as food can take a while to get made.

Friendly staff introducing you to the menu. Bowls that have bowl-size and are great when the hunger is big. More like a friendly family-like bar environment but lots of space, also outside. With all a Bar can offer they also offer two different kind of Stout-Beers - super rich chocolate-almond cake. Great location in Lund to explore inner city and University area. Also quite some boardgames - enjoy!

I love supporting fully vegan restaurants when I visit cities. I was a little nervous about our visit after reading some reviews about the service but we decided to take the chance.
Read moreThe restaurant itself is relaxed and the staff were friendly. We chose the wings to start which were nice and spicy, the hot kimchi burger and tempeh burger. It was nice but I wouldn't rush back. I didn't feel there was a huge amount of flavours. If you're looking for a dirty burger then this isn't it. It is a nice touch with the board games which give a cosy and relaxed atmosphere.

Amazing little restaurant in the heart of Lund. Everything on their menu is great. Special shout-out to their Pad Thai which isn't authentic but the flavor combinations are great. I wish they would have one or two rotating dishes as I'm getting quite bored with their menu after 50 visits.

Restaurant has full vegan menu but service is extremely bad. We were six people had to wait long time to order. Drinks came after dinner . Food was ok but over all experience isn't the best.
