Great lunch spot - Edit
Amazing little spot, plenty of options and the portion sizes were amazing, did not leave hungry - place is quite small so if its busy there will be a wait for a seat but well worth it. Seats inside and outside.

Great vegan cafe - Edit
This has to be the best vegan mac n cheeze I’ve had; it was so good 😊. Ample garlic bread on the side was a welcome addition.

Nice food, all vegan in the centre of Glasgow - Edit
I've been here a couple of times for food and really appreciate how central their location is as well as the friendliness of the staff. The food is pretty good and all vegan.

Great food - maple and bakon crepes - so good!! Lovely staff - had a cheeky raw mint cake to take away - I ate it whilst we walked around - couldn’t wait and it was delicious

Good vegan breakfast in friendly setting - Edit
I found this by accident out walking. Decent choice of vegan breakfast itemd. I had the roll with the 2 most Scottish fillings I could think of - potato scone and square sausage.

Overpriced - Edit
I ordered lemon crepes for £10 expecting more than one solitary crepe. I was flabbergasted. How this place is still open is beyond me.

Not what it was. Service was a bit chsotic and the food a bit on the bland side. Portions definitely smaller than they were.

Return to Glasvegan - Edit
This was probably our third visit to Glasvegan, a small but seemingly well-supported and, as the name suggests, vegan cafe/restaurant in Glasgow. We opted for some of the tastiest vegan burgers we have tried as we sat by the window watching city life passing by. The staff were attentive and cheerful and we felt welcome and valued. The decor is quirky and the customers that lovely mix of ages and nationalities that make dining out interesting for people like us used to living in a much quieter, rural environment. If you are in Glasgow, check out Glasvegan; it's easy to find and you won't be disappointed.

Shame it’s closing down - Edit
Next Sunday is their last day. Large menu with lots of choice. Reasonable prices, however food isn’t anything special, all items in full breakfast are just things you can get at supermarket. Pancakes were nice. Like the crepes and milkshakes!

Can't go wrong with cake - Edit
I didn't know this place existed, and now I learn it's closing. Shame, seems a nice place if a bit cramped inside. I had a salted caramel cupcake which was pretty good. The icing was perfect, cake was a little stodgy but still tasted good. Good size and price. Shame it's closing, such a central location.

What a treat! - Edit
Popped in for lunch and enjoyed it so much, we booked for breakfast the following morning.
Read moreWe spent a week in Scotland and couldn't believe how rare it was to find vegan haggis! So I was delighted to have haggis both for lunch and breakfast, in the form of a sandwich with apple and cheez (wonderful) and a full Scottish breakfast.
After a week of very salty food and not much veg, it was lovely to have a refreshing smoothie. My partner had the kebab, which he loved.
The empire biscuits were super sweet but had lovely shortbread and great flavour.
Definitely visit for the full Scottish breakfast!
Pros: Varied menu , Reasonably priced
Cons: Small venue, gets busy

Great mega menu - Edit
I had a couple of so-so experiences with my orders when they first opened, but I do enjoy going there now for a quick-ish lunch or dinner. I'm so glad they're open a little later now and I enjoyed a solo dinner there recently, and also sheltering from the cold rainy weather after work, before an appointment I had in town later.
